- Assuming that the power supply can power the card you need a molex to 6pin adapter. They sell them on newegg. You wont be able to buy a 6pin cable unless your power supply is modual meaning you can disconnect the wires from the PSU. Most power supply's you cant do this and the ones that do cost extra.

- You can buy adapters for expensive Cisco and other Wireless equipment to do exactly this. The power is supplied across an RJ45 cable from a box situated in the patch cabinet I assume the receiving box has to have the correct ports to be able to use this.

- All you need to do is pop down to your local computer store and get a power splitter, just make sure you get the right type, IDE and SATA drives have a different kind of power connector, so just make 100% sure before you buy!

- The card needs 2x PCIe power cables so you need to plug in both of them. Each power cable needs 2x molex, so you need to plug all 4 in. Your power supply may also have a PCIe connector anyway so you might as well use that for one of them if you have it (it can't be used for anything else anyway) and then just use 2x molex to power the other one.
