If this solves the concern you have a floor loop. verify all your wiring(particularly the floor and its region) and make confident your rca cable isn't pinched and contacting a floor.

Find a power cable (any old computer power cable will work) and see if it even powers on and does anything first. Crack it open. Set it on its face, then undo the three screws across the bottom. They do NOT come out. They only loosen up until you can't turn them anymore. The back pops off. Look for any swollen or leaking capacitors. If you find any, then it's junk. If you don't, then see if there's any RAM in it. If not, toss some PC3200 DDR RAM in there and see if you get anything.

Thanks: yes i used the same power wire and just split all my wires for my second amp and everything is fine but i made a new ground for it. it will work fine but make sure you have a good battery or its gonna die, i made sure i got a life time warrenty so i can just take them back and get a brand new one whenever it dies.
