Q: They were invented to suck dirt and dust anyway, right ? Geez !! And why did mine have to break ????: Well the economy is really bad so all the prices on everything is going to increase if businesses want to stay open.

Q: Do Roomba robot vacuum cleaners actually vacuum, or are they just sweepers?: They are great- We bought my Mother one for Christmas, and she loves it, as tiny as they are, they pick alot, she has a white pomeranian and it picks up all of his hairs, if your thinking of getting one- they really are worth the expense!

Q: I have tried duct tape, bounce sheets, rubber gloves, lint rollers and vacuum cleaners. The only thing that has worked is picking out the hairs one by one. We recently moved and the owners gave us a game chair and its like the pet hair is embedded into the cover. (Its just the cover.) I'm afraid to wash it in fear of the hair transferring to the washer and dryer (prior experience) and the clips on the cover may tear it up.: customer comments expenditures a Riccar form because of the fact the wonderful for choosing up puppy hair ($350). The Bissell would do a great job-I actual have one that i exploit in my basement (the carry-Off Revolution), and am chuffed adequate with it...it does not have the suction that a Dyson does, inspite of the undeniable fact that it does a great job. i've got been making use of this one for 3 years without subjects. i'm plenty happier with the Dyson Animal, nevertheless...I even use it to hoover the canines-that's properly well worth the money.

Q: I read somewhere that the company that once manufactured the popular Model XXX canister Electrolux vacuum cleaners (1930s-1950s) is now called Aerus--which makes 'Aerus' or 'Lux' machines. However, I still see Electrolux vacuum cleaners sold in big box stores that look a lot different from the old Electrolux canisters that my Grandmas and aunts used years ago; though the vacuum cleaners on the Aerus website look similar to the old Electrolux ones.: Aerus machines are made in China and are not the same as Electrolux. The ones you see online and in stores are made by Electrolux. Designs and technology has changed over the years, similar to Ford. Q: What type of motors are used by vacuum cleaners?: In household vacuum cleaners, most of them are universal, series wound brush motors. Brush less vacuum motors are available, but are generally too expensive for consumer products. Some large commercial central vacuums will use induction motors, but they need special blowers because of the lower RPM.

Q: Do you have one and what do you like about it. everyone talks about pet hair but what about just plain old dirt and dust.
