- Q:how can i apply a ceramic coating to the inside of a cylinder of approx. dimensions 3/4 diameter 12-14 long?
- This is science. If you want a specific answer, you have to ask a specific question. What type of ceramic? What type of metal cylinder? What is the wall thickness of the cylinder? What is the thickness of the ceramic coating you want? Does the ceramic coating have to stay stuck inside the cylinder when things heat up or cool down and, if so, how much heating/cooling? Can the ceramic coating have porosity? How uniform does the ceramic coating thickness need to be? Why does the metal cylinder need ceramic coating on inside diameter? Why does the cylinder need metal on the outside? The short answer is there are many methods to produce ceramic coatings on metals, some methods work on certain combinations and not on others.

- Improper inflation is the main cause, imbalance is also a factor. But if you are talking about a flat bottom of the arc, it's not enough lean in the corners and/or straight highway driving.

- I believe the Revlon just has ceramic coated plates. Most of the cheaper ceramic straighteners are just ceramic coated. It does not have the same quality ceramic plates as the more expensive ones, and the more expensive ones heat up quicker. the expensive ones have tru ceramic plates sometimes mixed with tourmaline. but if you're not straightening your hair everyday and you dont have curly hair then you probably don't need a really high quality one. Ceramic coated straighteners will still damage your hair more than straighteners with actual ceramic/tourmaline plates but less so than metal plated ones. Also, the ceramic coated can eventually wear off. So, if you plan on straightening your hair everyday, you might want to spend a little extra.

- In my opinion, ceramics are better. The ceramic plates should generate infra red heat and negative ions, which prevents your hair from some heat damage. - Ceramic pot is most afraid of a cold and a heat, in the pot when the cold home cold water, water temperature and pot do not have a big difference. If you want to add water during heating, there must be hot water inside, and cold water should be a little bit of home, so that the water temperature will not drop down at once.Also note is, the pot heating finished, don't put in the ground and cool place, the pot is not good.

- 3/4' for the main runs, then 1/2' for each service off the main. Don't forget with the 1/2 hot to use a lagged pipe so you don't lose all the heat from the hot water. You should use 3/4 lagged for the 20 ft hot to the upper story, but then break it down to 1/2. Make sure you use plenty of saddles to keep the pipe tight, or you will get hammering when the taps are turned on and off.
