Q: I have a HP laptop and a Comaq Laptop which, the charger has broke to the Compaq one. I checked the chargers, and both supplied, when not broken had the same connection point. They are also both 65 W. Would I be able to use the charger for both temporarily? The chargers seem to be exactly the same - even down to markins and numbers.: Make sure it is the proper charger, the one made for your laptop. There will be a label telling you which charger goes with which laptop model.

You should PROBABLY either take a Night Class or just pay someone else to deal with your battery issues!

Q: I was thinking of getting some new 2600mA rechargeable batteries (any brand recommendations?) and I currently own a charger that came with 1500aM batteries. Will those batteries work with that charger or do I need to get a new charger as well?: If they are the same voltage and the same technology (Li-ion, NiMH or whatever), you can probably use the same charger.
