Please help! **10 Point!**: Why do you need the wattage?? The charger will accept any voltage from 100 to 240VAC which covers Japan to the UK. This means you don't need to use any voltage converters and would be wise to avoid voltage converters as small travel voltage converters put out horrible waveforms. The wattage is listed on the back of the charger which I'm guessing is around 15W (you don't list your camera type). The only thing you need are plug adapters to convert your plug style. Any travel store has these.
