Q: i have a 4.8 volt battery and i couldn't find the charger but, i found one that fitted the hole but the charger gave out 5 volts could i still use that charger to charge the battery?: you need to be very careful with that check what amperes the charger is giving out and what the laptop can handle it should say on the bottom usually on a sticker. if the amps are to high you could damage the system 5v in voltage terms isn't a big jump but i would recommend finding the correct charger just to make sure.

Q: I have a VERY old battery charger that was specific for Nickel Cadmium batteries back in the day. Now that we use NiMh batteries, can I still use this charger or will the batteries explode? If I can't use this charger for those batteries, can you suggest where I might find a charger for C and D batteries (I have a new baby and all the toys and bouncy chairs use those huge batteries)? It seems that all the chargers I've found are specific only for AA and AAA. Thanks!: The chances of the batteries exploding are very slim. But the charger could easily damage the4 NiMH batteries. It's best if you get a charger that is designed for the batteries you have. You can buy the right chargers on-line or at Radio Shack. Batteries Plus, if there's one in your area should also be able to fix you up with a charger.

Q: Hi, I have a dell xps1530 and recently the charger for it seems to be playing up. When I plug it in sometimes it acts as if I haven’t plugged it in (the green light doesn’t come on on the charger itself and when plugged into my laptop nothing happens). However if I unplug it at the mains and then try again a few times the light will come on and it will be back to working perfectly again until I unplug it again.I don’t see what the problem here could be?: The wire on the charger might be faulty or your wall outlet does not have sufficient energy output. Or perhaps the pronged part of the charger connecting the plug to the adapter is loose - push it back in and make sure it is secure. -- Try plugging it into different outlets to see if one works consistently, then you know it's the outlet's fault. If you bend the wire while it's plugged in and the light goes off, then you know the wire has broken.

Q: Hi, my Macbook charger broke because it's cable snapped somehow. So I'm planning on purchasing one online, however the one online says its 85W while the one on mine says 60W. I'm wondering if this difference in W could potentially cause a problem for my macbook. Does anyone know if purchasing a 85W charger makes any difference at all?: The macbook charger and macbook pro charger are the same size and work fine. Q: I know there has been a 2006-Present models for dodge chargers. But my dad said his first car was a 4 door dodge charger in 1960-1980 not sure which date. So my real question is was there ever a 4 door dodge charger other than the years 2006-Present? Or did he buy a rip off car and was a Dodge Dart.
