Q:I just got a replacement charger for my Acer 3000 and its not really working well i can say.it charges the laptop just enough to keep it on, but when you remove it , not even pull it out but just when i make any kind of movement of the cord, it shuts off. the icon says that its at 0% charging when ive been charging it for a while. i also noticed that it got extremely hot the stick on the back of it even started bubbling up. so i thought maybe its the charger let me return it, but when i used the charger to charge up an older laptop, it worked just fine it was still on even after i took it out. so now i dont know if its the inside of the laptop or the charger? the laptop is an acer 3002lciand it was pretty new never had any problems that i know off.: If the charger was made for use of the newer laptop, and you have not done anything to damage it, I believe they will replace it for you. Or just use it for the older one.

Q:I have an acer aspire laptop running windows vista. (Not sure about details beyond that). The laptop charger seems to have stopped giving power to the laptop whatsoever.
