What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1) PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.

- Q:I purchased a Rowe sofa close to 5 years ago for around $1000. The frame recently broke- quite bad, too, as it's now entirely on the floor- and, when I called the original retailer, I was told I would have to pay for labor on the sofa, although the warranty is a limited lifetime warranty that protects against breakage caused by manufacturing defects. There is no mention of labor costs in the warranty. Does anybody know about sofa/furniture warranties, specifically this company's? - I havent used this company, but I had a sofa bed where the actual bed collapsed and pat of it was resting on the floor rather than being attached to the side of the couch..(which meant that it was useless as you couldnt sleep on it and there for you couldnt fold it away and sit on the couch).it was still under the 5 yr warranty all I had to do was to get the couch to the retailer and they repaired it with no cost to me.... I dont see why you should have to pay for labour costs when its under warranty good luck

- Sofa beds come in different sizes. If it is a double size sofa, then a double mattress will fit. You will have to measure it to be sure.

- Q:I am trying to assemble this IKEA sofa bed. Unlike all other Ikea products one needs to use a hammer to hit the plastic scews. - Take it back to IKEA and go buy a quality piece of furniture. IKEA products are very inferior. Your sofa bed will fall apart in about a year.

- There are some little brown rubber squares to put the legs of a sofa in - if they are small. You can probably find something that is nonslip and put that under the legs if they are larger. Maybe some cork pieces would work fine. Cork would also keep any metal parts from staining the floors too. Good luck.

I don't really care even if it is leather match, it is important for the material to be long lasting. I hope its not vinyl or anything. - Ask at the furniture store. The manufacturers have to list the materials used in making them. Real leather sofas usually are Italian made. The better the leather, the higher the price.

- They are called casual convertibles - they look and sit like a sofa when upright, but when laid out flat, they are the same size and and thickness of an actual queen mattress
