- I had one a long time ago and loved it. I would clean it by dumping it behind the garage, then bringing it in to rinse it. In addition to that I would highly recommend the ionic breeze air purifier. The model that has the UV lamp in it. I have one on each floor and now I don't get sick anywhere near as often as I used to. If you don't get the vacuum with water then get a bagless with a hepa filter.

- Yes because I had 3 days to cancel and the address to send cancellation was the wrong address. I never got a responds . So now I m paying a $2000.00 dollar loan. Wish I had got a Dyson .The Kirby vacuum is very heavy and using the attachments can be time consuming and difficult .

(Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp) After seeing the Rainbow demonstrated, I just don't think they are worth the money. I also don't get how they clean the air. Basically, they are passing the dirty air over some water (not through it). and call this cleaning the air and filtering out the dirt. Check out some of the above vacuums online and save yourself some Christmas money. I just recently bought a Sanitaire SC6600 for our house and we really like it. Paid Approx. $325.00. It is commercial, 2 motor system, tools and stretch hose on board, carpet or hard floors (your can turn the beater brush off and just have air flow). Hope this helps.

- No I don't think they are any better than the cheaper models.Previously I had a $99 dollar Sanyo it worked just as good was much easier to use than the Dyson.

- You can easily vacuum up kitty litter. The beater bar on the vacuum however usually will scatter the litter around when you try to vacuum it up, so be sure to use the hose attachment.
