If a cat is motionless and all of a sudden, something is pushed towards her and she has less of a comfort zone, that may also scare her. One of my previous cats used to puff up her tail, curl her tongue and hiss at the vacuum until it was about 6 inches away from her. Then she'd run and hide until the noise stopped and the monster was put back in the closet. If the monster stayed out in the open, she would attack it with her paw when it was shut off!

- You need to explain this better, it makes no sense as it is. edit: no way to know exactly. Voltage alone tells you nothing. But the power used (in watts) could be a guide, if you have that number, in watts. 1400 mA-hour is a measure of the charge stored in the battery, so that is no help, as you need a time number to convert that to mA, which, with the voltage, can give you power in watts. My experience is that hand held vacuum cleaners are all very feeble.

- Um first of all do not put her on her back. No dog likes that. Pitbulls are aggressive dogs. I have had one and my uncle has had one. Both of the dogs were wonderful dogs once they got older and were finally trained to become nice animals, but they both still showed a lot of aggressive quite often when playing or even just showing affection. There was never any tricks that we learned to calm them down other than to give them big rope like toys that would last a while to play with. You also have to remember though, she is only three months old and is entering her teething stage. It will only get worse and worse for about a year. You need to start training her right now though. Dogs are like humans and learn the most and the easiest when they are babies. If you wait to long she may never learn.
