Main Features of Tower Crane
1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting. The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.
2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.
4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..
5)The cranehas scientific layout and handsome appearance. The drivers cab is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

FAQ about Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane ?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: What does tower crane 400tm mean?
- Lifting torque of 400 tons. Meters, also known as 4000KN/m, refers to the QTZ400 tower crane, the general maximum lifting capacity of 25 tons, big arm 70 meters, the most front-end hanging 5.2 tons, independent height of about 70 meters. Normally we say QTZ40 tower crane is lifting torque of 40 tons. Meters, 400KN/m.
- Q: I caught this crane fly in my garage but is almost the size of a dragonfly. It has a 3 inch wingspan. I saved it in a jar because I though no one would believe me. so do they really get this big or is this thing a freak?
- Yes. Here in Southern Oregon (and in CA too) we have giant Califronia crane flies. They really do get that big, its not just a freak.
- Q: would 2 500 ton crawler cranes be able to lift a 854 ton bridge section 80 feet in the air?
- wow. im helpful anybody tried it!! why : the recommendations co-ordinates the strikes of the finished physique. fairly the arms and the ft, so once you're turning your appropriate foot in clockwise path, with the help of drawing 6 jointly with your hand, that's an ANTI-CLOCKWISE circulate, the recommendations then makes the foot circulate anti-clockwise. Thats how suitable GOD made us!!
- Q: Firstly I know there is a very good club near me which does 5 lessons a week, just to let you know.Firstly could you please tell me how much of white crane is actually fun and how much percentage is kicks and how much punches.I'm a very althletic boy age 15 and I don't know much about this style. Is it fairly exciting and what I might enjoy? Thanks for you help.
- I am a student of White Crane Fist. If you can, please tell me the name of the teacher, the school and the address so I can give an answer based on fact and not speculation... which is something that is rampant on this forum. There are different schools or versions of WCF. There is also th Tibetan White Crane, which is related to the Lama Fist. I have no real knowledge of Tibetan style. First thing is, if you are referring to the Fukien WCF: it is not like most martial arts you are familiar with. It was developed by a woman named Fang Chi Niang. Her father was a master of the 18 Lohan Style. It is an Internal art that uses concepts, movement and intention as the foundation of its arsenal. White Crane fist will develop the ability to execute explosive power against an attack. There really is not too much punching-type striking. When you see a closed fist, it usually is a grappling technique. Palm thrusting, claw grapples, spear hand and finger thrusts are used. The foundation training for WCF is San zhan, also spelled San jan or San Chien. The latter is the closest since it is a Fukienese art. San Chien develops power and rootedness. Fukien WCF has influenced the Five Ancestor Fist, which contains WCF concepts. It is also the predecessor to what is known today as Karate, both the Shuri and Naha lineages. If you are fortunate enough to have a Fukien WCF school near you, you would be a fool not to take full advantage. I have to travel an hour to see my Sifu. And if I had to travel more, I would. Please, send me the info so I can give you my researched results.
- Q: I've been making lots of paper cranes lately, thinking I would know exactly what to do with them. In reality, I'm a bit short on ideas... Can you help me with this, because I'd love to find ways to decorate my room with them. I can't really use nails on my walls or ceiling, so I can't do a mobile or randomly string them about.
- Okay - so if you can't string them from the ceiling - than what I would do is buy some round vases/globes, from Pier one or some place like that, and fill them with paper cranes, then set the bowls on your shelves/windowsill/desk/table or other flat surface. I've enclosed some examples below. You can also make a mobile by hanging something like a super strength hook with adhesive. 3M makes them (the same folks who created scotch tape). The adhesive does not damage walls and you can stick them to anything. They can bear up to 30 pounds of weight. Put a few on your ceiling or walls and hang your mobiles from them.
- Q: i need help...its 4 an powerpoint due 2marrow. please help in any way you can
- Sand Hill Cranes are migratory birds. Their population will vary based on the time of the year.
- Q: why do whooping cranes migrate? If its because its to cold in the winter then why not stay in the warm weather?
- It is freezing cold in the upper Midwest during the winter. Whooping cranes simply cannot find any food, even if they can endure the cold. During the summer, the upper Midwest has longer daylight hours and slightly cooler temperatures. than their wintering grounds in Florida. The longer hours allow them and their young more time to gather food. Reproduction is very taxing on the female body, even if it is just laying eggs. The young need the extra time and nutrition to grow quickly into adult sized birds. Small birds are more vulnerable to predators.
- Q: Grade 4 build a working crane Help!?
- I would use about a 2 foot piece of broomstick pinned through a hole in one end. Maybe 2 to 3 inches away, a larger clearance hole with a 1/4-20 nut glued under. Use a lo-o-ong 1/4-20 bolt as a driver. (1/4-20 is 1/4 inch diameter with 20 threads per inch.) I leave the mounts and string up to you as to encourage your participation and creativity.
- Q: We had a very large tree removed from beside our house. The crane parked in the driveway and caused four very large depressions and crushed concrete.
- No. The driveway is NOT a covered structure. The standard homeowners policy specifically excludes driveways from coverage. But the contractor who brought the crane in, should be responsible for it.
- Q: Is the first entry into the construction project? Or direct access to fixed assets?
- First in, in construction projects, and so on arrival booking use state, from the construction project into fixed assets. Increase in fixed assets, depreciation from the beginning of next month
