TP5611 FAQ

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is oneyear quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

ith light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

Q: What is the function of the monitor?

A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q:How many stops are there in a tower crane? Where are they located in the tower cranes?
The hook has an upper limit on the windlassThe car has front and rear spacing on the trolley hoistSlewing is limited to the slewing gearAnd the torque limit is on the spireWeight limit
Q:Is a mobile crane allowed to operate in an inclined plane?
It has been my experience that cranes like to be level, and not operate unless they are level. But, I am no expert.
Q:Please help. I need real answers.
About Ichabod Crane, the school master, Washington Irving writes in A Legend of Sleepy Hollow: He was, in fact an odd mixture of small shrewdness and simple credultiy. His appetite for the marvellous, and his powers of digesting it, were equally extraordinary; and both had been increased by his residence in this spellbound region. Ichabod Crane digests Cotton Mather's (a Puritan preacher) History of New England Witchcraft, a book in which he firmly and most potently believes. He spends many hours reading Mather's work, and fluttered by his excited imagination he believes that he is struck with a witch's token at times. To drive away the evil spirits, he sings psalm tunes. Nevertheless, Crane still delights in the supernatural, so he spends winter evening with the old Dutch wives who exchange tales of ghosts and goblins around the fire. In turn, Ichabod entertains them with Mathers's reports on witchcraft, as well as predicting what the sounds in the winter air portend.
Q:inventor of junk yard electromagnetic crane?
If its running fine I really wouldnt worry. Remember cars can withstand water, they do after all have to run while its raining out and belive me water gets up in the engine. What you need to worry about is sucking water into the engine through the intake, but since the engine is running now you didnt do that. The intake is high on the engine and designed to prevent that anyways. I would have the clicking diagnosed by a shop, theres way to many things it could be to even speculate here. You might want to mention to them the noise started after you drove through puddle.
Q:Can you eat those suckers ?
I live in Alaska - Sand Hill Cranes are a traditonal food for the natives going back to the dawn of man. Alaska is broken up into 30 or so Game Units, each about the size of Conn. Depending on which one you live in determins if you can hunt the cranes or not. Rule of thumb when trying to figure out what something is going to taste like (I am a survival instructor) - things always taste like what they eat. Good example - Spruce Grouse and Ptarmigan - eat spruce needles and this give them dark red meat that tastes like it's been marinated in a few drops of Mr Clean. A few hours in a real marinade and they are fine............. however........... some years ago I happen to take a spruce hen who's crop was chock full of - Blueberries! Instead of the usual red meat I expectsed - it had white/bluish meat - and WOW did that bird taste awesome! It's the scavengers you do not want to eat - seagulls, fox, coyote, wolf, bear, hawks, etc that eat long, long dead things. The birds that eat bugs (usually a sweet tasting and crunchy protien packets) and grass shoots - ducks, geese, cranes, uplond game birds - will be the tasty ones.

Q:my yard is infested with crane flies. Help please.
It's impossible to think of an insect more harmless than a crane fly. Enjoy them.
Q:Could anyone tell me how they erect a construction crane. Some how they just are suddenly THERE, as If by magic. It seems as though the Boom part of the crane must be kind of JACKED up into place. That is the only way I can see them getting those GIANT concrete blocks into the back end of the boom. It doesn't seem possible otherwise. The only other thing I can thing of is the bulk of the pieces are brought in by helicoper and attached.Everything kind of makes sence except the Giant concrete blocks used as a counter weight. ALSO, if the blocks are needed to act as counterweigth to the CRANE itself..why doesn't the Crane fall over when it picks stuff up???
How do they erect the construction cranes? Not very well according to the news of them toppling down of late. Seriously, the cranes are lifted upward one or two floors at a time as the building progresses upward - this is usually accomplished by pulling them up into place with heavy cables and powered winches.
Q:Yea i need to write up a summary on that short story, but SERIOUSLY dont have time to read it because i have to study ever sentence to understand things lol.
The Open Boat is a short story by American author Stephen Crane (1871–1900). First published in 1897, it was based on Crane's experience of having survived a shipwreck off the coast of Florida earlier that year while traveling to Cuba to work as a newspaper correspondent.
Q:All types of jack up cranes. How is the maximum lifting torque converted?
Tower crane lifting torque = crane maximum lifting weight * maximum operating range; for example: the maximum lifting weight is 2T*, the maximum operating range of 50 meters =1000KN.m.
