TP5611 FAQ

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is oneyear quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

ith light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

Q: What is the function of the monitor?

A: Monitor, namely inspection system (like black box), which could store 10000 tower crane operation reports, and it is recommended to be installed in big cranes more than 16t.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q: what do sand-hill cranes eat-as far as planting a food source for them?
These birds forage while walking in shallow water or in fields, sometimes probing with their bills. They are omnivorous, eating insects, aquatic plants and animals, rodents, seeds and berries. Outside of the nesting season, they forage in large flocks, often in cultivated areas. In many western states and provinces of Canada, Sandhill Cranes are hunted during waterfowl seasons. The meat is reportedly among the better-tasting gamebirds.[citation needed] The Florida subspecies is often seen in residential yards, and these birds seem little afraid of human approach. These visitors will eat shelled corn and commercially purchased bird seed from the ground and from feeders.
Q: how does a crane operator's knowledge of where the centroid is generally located for most uniform objects help them perform their job more safely?
Usually it is the rigger who attaches the lifting gear not the crane operator who needs to know about centriods and even then the real trick is getting the slings or other lifting devices in the exact place. That tends to be a bit of trial and error unless the lifting points are clearly marked.
Q: I caught this crane fly in my garage but is almost the size of a dragonfly. It has a 3 inch wingspan. I saved it in a jar because I though no one would believe me. so do they really get this big or is this thing a freak?
Yes. Here in Southern Oregon (and in CA too) we have giant Califronia crane flies. They really do get that big, its not just a freak.
Q: I've heard that if one were to make 1000 paper cranes, then they would get one wish. Is this true?I've been making paper cranes for a few days now.
it's true that there is a belief in folklore that making 1000 paper cranes is lucky,or grants a wish. I can't testify to the actual truth of the folklore as I have never made 1000 cranes, but on the surface, it would not seem to follow the laws of probability or physics.
Q: I have recently mounted a Meiller MK 40 R / 2 crane on my truck and I wonder if my truck's hydraulic pump can support it without problems. I have a Mercedes-Benz 813 truck of 1987 and the crane is more or less the same years by the way. Should I change my truck's pump?

Q: inventor of junk yard electromagnetic crane?
If its running fine I really wouldnt worry. Remember cars can withstand water, they do after all have to run while its raining out and belive me water gets up in the engine. What you need to worry about is sucking water into the engine through the intake, but since the engine is running now you didnt do that. The intake is high on the engine and designed to prevent that anyways. I would have the clicking diagnosed by a shop, theres way to many things it could be to even speculate here. You might want to mention to them the noise started after you drove through puddle.
Q: what does dog everything mean in crane lift lingo?
i think it means to stop.
Q: where do they live, and what do they look like
these guys described them pretty well. I get to see these types of birds every day here in south florida. We do have a lot of cattle egrets they follow behind you when you mow your yard picking up bugs.
Q: I'm into urban exploration and basically the one thing I haven't done is climb a crane. I don't actually know where one is that I could climb, but I definitely will do it someday. I'm just wondering how illegal it would be? Also, don't give me any it's not safe bull, I'm perfectly confident in my abilities and ready to accept the consequences if I get caught.
Not at all if you don't get caught. However cranes are private property, you'll get your a.ss handed to you if you get caught.
