Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

- Costs would include the distance the crane travelled and also the size of the crane needed and it could start at $350 per hour up to $1000 although I'm sure those prices would include the drivers costs also.A quick look in your local yellow pages for crane hire firms and a few phone calls would give you a better idea.

- 1,000 paper cranes? like sadako? i love that story! 3 wish for anything you want, i've never heard of a limitation of what you could wish for :) i've also never heard of something else you had to do after you made the cranes to make your wish come true, so i'm pretty sure all you have to do is fold the cranes.
- Q: i need a list of materials and a step by step precedure
- I am assuming you mean a low power, miniature crane. You will want to wrap a iron object (a nail should work for light objects) in electrical wiring, the more times the better. Make sure you have a long length of wire after wrapping it around the iron object. Now, attach a rope to the iron object, this will be used to raise and lower it. The length of the rope has to be less than the length of the wires. Now, inside the crane have a battery. The stronger the battery, the stronger the electromagnet. Now, after connecting one of the wires to the battery, connect another one to a switch, then connect then switch with more wiring to the battery. This will turn the crane's claw on and off. The next part is up to you. If you want to be able to raise and lower the magnet, attach the rope to an axel and spin the axel to raise or lower the magnet. If you want to turn the crane, you need to place the arm on a swivel axis. Finally, to bring the magnet closer or farther, you will need a way to raise the arm, bringing the tip of the arm closer to above the center of the crane. I suggest you google some picture of cranes to understand this better.

- There are two cranes, one lifts the other and construction workers build a scaffold under it. Then the higher crane lifts the lower one and the workers buiold a scaffold under it, this continues until they are as high as they need to be.

- Yes, that was such a nice surprise. He was a great villain in Batman Begins. For a split second, I was like Wait a minute - the last time I saw Dr. Crane, he was freaking out on that Toxin they released into The Narrows. . ., but then, I remembered - he and everyone else affected by that poison were given the antidote after it was produced by Wayne Enterprises. His role as the judge at the sort of Reign Of Terror style court system is perfect - Crane clearly enjoyed watching people suffer mentally, liked seeing them terrified. Sadistic little twerp. Tough call on favorite.. . while I think the first two thirds of The Dark Knight are probably the very best of the series. . . my personal fave is Batman Begins, too. I can remember the first time I saw it, and as they're showing the establishment shot of those mountains in Asia, Raz Al-Ghul's lair. . . - I don't know if this is a question you got out of a book, or something you are trying to apply on a jobsite, but I would hate to see you try and use this approach with expensive equipment and innocent lives in the balance. Learn to use the crane charts. They account for many factors, including the weight of the boom, the tipping moment, the strength of the ropes, the engine's power, and the structural integrity of the boom.
- Q: i just ordered a new JG 614 crane stock and do not know how to use the crane stock i would like to learn before it arrives can i have a link to a video or explanation please
- You first need a crane stock battery, as a normal battery won't fit in just one side of the crane stock. When you but the battery, you'll have two or three clusters of cells. Begin experimenting with the cord placement in the stock, by putting one cluster on one side and one (or two) on the other. You'll see what I mean when you get the gun. That's all there is to it, just a little experimenting.
- Q: When you're training to work in construction, do you need to do a seperate course or qualification in order to be able to operate a crane? Or are all construction workers taught it in training?
- Of course you need specialised training! Crane operators have to sit several courses in safe crane operations. Crane operators tend to just work cranes and not help with general building work as they earn more money and it is only cost effective to have them on site when they are actually needing to use the crane.
