FAQ about Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane ?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: what kind of material is used in making of crane and what is the making process of crane.
- There are so many kinds of cranes that you need to pick one to get any kind of good answer - the tall T shaped cranes are simply welded up from tubing and barstock into modular sections that will fit on a semi trailer and be hauled to the site. Their structure shows in the photos. A boom crane with telescoping boom has to be made up of welded tube sections with bearings and hydraulic pistons inside and out. And of course, the base of a moveable crane adds a whole series of complications.
- Q: A few years ago, my college decided to take down two multilevel dormitories. The demolition company decided to take it down piecemeal with a wrecking ball. The wrecking ball was attached to the crane via a very large tire (just the rubber part, not the inflatable part). I have seen this done on normal cranes and other wrecking balls on TV and was wondering if any professional construction people out there know why they would do this as to me, a guy not in the construction/demolition business, think that might be a bit unsafe.
- Shock absorption. The ball swings toward the building and hits, the energy of that swing is mostly dissipated into the building but also into the cable and cable connectors as the ball bounces back. That shock of the impact resonates and gets dissipated by the tire. It reduces wear and tear on the cable and cable connectors, also on the crane tower. Your car engine has motor mounts of the rubber type of material and it absorbs the resonating vibration of the engine. I have seen the cable connectors, interesting to say the least. The strands are interlaced sometime, and other times I see them clamped together. It would seem important to protect those joints. I do not know all of the crane business terminology, but that would be the gist of it.
- Q: a crane lifts load of 500kg mass to a distance f 20m in 10s at a constant velocity. how much work is done?
- work done(W) is given by the change in the potential energy(P.E). here, initial P.E = 0. final P.E = mgh = (500)(10)(20) = 100000 J =100 KJ (kilo joules) therefore work done = 100 KJ. here distance means vertical height. But if the crane takes the load parallel to the ground ,then work done will be zero.Time is given here to calculate the power of the crane given by work/time = 10 KW(kilo watts).
- Q: analysis of jib crane?
- I would suggest that you delete this question and submit a new question with enough details for someone to give you an answer. This is not a question I can give you much help on
- Q: Absolutely bs. I hope a crane falls on ALL these effin construction workers and their families and the building executives' heads. Let THEM have family members die or get hurt from these accidents - then they will get what's coming to them. They should all burn in hell. Total greed total total greed. They will pay
- i think of they're injuries. regrettably people who artwork for the city government - a minimum of in massive apple - are fairly incompetent and corrupt. What makes you assert that No inspector might intentionally ignore a destructive present issue ? That 's precisely what the inspector of the 1st crane crumple did. Oops, my mistake. He did no longer examine the cranes in any respect. And all those people who died these days in shape by using being blown off by using wind from large heights??!! I even have not at all heard something like that till now. Who supplies those human beings the needed helps?? How knowledgeable are those human beings? the place is their union?
- Q: What is the scrap standard of tower crane hook?
- The American Standard can provide for your reference:1, hook hanging points in the effective area of cross sectional wear more than 10%, should be disabled and scrapped.2 any visible permanent deformation and cracks shall be disabled and scrapped.3, if the wear is in the same area in two directions, it should be controlled within 5%.4, any hook opening deformation is not greater than 5%, or in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines to determine.5, hook bow hook (i.e. intermediate position hook C shape) wear amount should be less than 5%.
- Q: Please help!
- The Fāng family lived in Fujian, a province of China, in a place where there were many cranes. Qīniáng's father knew the Southern Chinese martial arts and taught them to his daughter. One day, while Qīniáng was doing her chores, a crane alighted nearby. Qīniáng tried to scare the bird off using a stick and the skills she learned from her father but whatever she did, the crane would counter. Qīniáng tried to hit the crane on the head, but the bird moved its head out of the way and blocked the stick with its wings. Qīniáng tried to hit the crane's wings, but the crane stepped to the side and this time blocked with the claws of its feet. Qīniáng tried to poke the crane's body, but the crane dodged backwards and struck the stick with its beak. From then on, Qīniáng carefully studied the movements of cranes and combined these movements with the martial arts she learned from her father, creating the White Crane style of Fujian Province. A side note from someone else: There are many versions of this legend, it is unlikely that the crane actually blocked the stick Qīniáng used, it is more likely that it evaded, and countered. The point of the style is to make less use of physical strength, stressing evasion, and attacks to vulnerable areas instead. Not depending on strength, is what makes white crane fitting elements so popular, especially for women’s self defence. Popular karate bunkai (breakdown) of white crane katas like hakutsuru, stress vital point striking or kyusho. The white crane system is not practiced much, if at all, anymore. There are several kata in karate, that have white crane elements, most stem from the Chinese tea merchant on Okinawa, Go Kenki, but few, if any, have the true white crane system anymore. There's also a tibetan style and a karate style named after it that strongly resembles it and incorporates much of the same methods.
- Q: does anyone have a good slogan for the whooping crane?
- Let the Whooping Crane do what it does best, make Whoopie!!!
- Q: what are The performance parameters of tower cranes?
- The technical performance of tower crane is expressed in a variety of parameters, the main parameters include the range, starting weight, lifting torque, free height, maximum heightand so on; its general parameters are: a variety of speed, structure, weight, size, tail size and gauge wheelbase, etc.
- Q: i need the story cranes by hwang sun won and translated by peter h. lee and i cant find it on google. help i need the story for my essay
- EEK! I just did a search under Hwang Sun Won. It appears that Cranes is a series of short stories. Is that what you meant? If it is one particular short story called Cranes, I can't find it. I would suggest you go to your teacher/professor and ask where to obtain a copy. If you can't ask your teacher, run, do not walk! to your nearest library and throw yourself on the mercy of the librarians! Another search option for you is to look for books by Peter H. Lee, specifically the ones he has edited. He has written several anthologies. Good luck!
