- They used a climbing crane , and who said that the building has no roof? the crane parts can be dismantled on site and removed either by helicopters or using the construction lifts

- I do think that Ichabod was murdered by either Brom or one of his friends. I can't imagine how the character Brom could have pulled it off without help. Although from a folklore standpoint, the story is loosely based off of the story of the Wild Hunt. The time of year in the story is right for the Wild Hunt to have been riding by, as well as the isolation of the town. In that case, Ichabod could have either joined in the hunt and become cursed as a rider himself, or been consumed by the various monsters that are said to ride with the King.
