QTZ63(5013B) tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q: Are there any special requirements for the installation of wall fittings of tower cranes?
- The wall pieces should be rigidly connected on the wall of the embedded parts.
- Q: have you noticed that there has been an exceptionaly high volume of cranes falling over in the U.S.A. this year? 2 cranes went down this week, one in Texas killing a man. seems like there has alot of this lately, what the hell is going on with the cranes? ever night i turn on the news its like a deadly crane accident took place today . thanks.
- My brother is a crane driver, and its scary when you hear about these accidents. Last week a man was killed in a quarry when the crane he was in touched an electric wire
- Q: A. Designated operatorsB. All construction site personnelC. InspectorsD. All of the above
- Crane are extremely dangerous and complicated machinery , the operators need intensive education and training , they have to pass the required tests to be certified . Now even the signal guy on the ground who helps the crane operator needs to be certified . So your answer is A.
- Q: Hi, I just bought a 12 foot tommy jib crane, for my cannon x1-h1, I also bought a pan and tilt motor that you put on top of the camera mount at the end of the jib and then add your camera on top of your motor mount. This thing is really heavy now, I have to use 40 lbs for a counter weight. On top of that all the weight is making the jib slanted and shooting crooked. So I took off the motor head and just left the camera on there, and it help a bit, but its still crooked. Is there any fix for this other than buying a more expensive stronger jib crane? It shoots great and I know I can fix the video in post, but it just bothers me. Any help?
- When you added the pan/tilt head (and the cable) to the camcorder, you exceeded the supported weight rating of the crane and the crane stage. Then, when you put 40 pounds of counter weights on, you went way over the engineered capacity of the crane arm resulting in the bend.
- Q: what are The performance parameters of tower cranes?
- The technical performance of tower crane is expressed in a variety of parameters, the main parameters include the range, starting weight, lifting torque, free height, maximum heightand so on; its general parameters are: a variety of speed, structure, weight, size, tail size and gauge wheelbase, etc.

- Q: Trying to find an estimated weight for a mobiles crane with a 5 tonne capacity ?
- If the crane HAS a 5-ton capacity, then to be able to estimate the weight you would need to know the length of its lifting arm at maximum extension w.r.t the C.G. of the body of the crane. So suppose we have an arm length of (say) 6 mtrs, then the max turning moment at the fulcrum (from front wheels of crane ? ) due to the Load alone = 5 x 6 = 30 You need to add the moment for the arm itself. Lets say the arm is around 1/2 ton. And its c.g. is approx 1/3 the distance from the fulcrum. Then this adds another = 1/2 * 1/3 *6 = 1 So total moment is 30 + 1 = 31 The body of the crane must be MORE than this. Suppose the C.G. of the crane is 2 meters behind the same fulcrum. Then weight of the body must be 31/ 2 = 15.5 tons. Lets say the weight is 16 tons. Then the TOTAL mobile cranes weight would be 16 (body) + 1/2 (arm) ~ 16.5 tons It all depends on the dimensions of the crane, and where the c.g. is located. If the crane has ballast added right at the back, then it's overall weight can be made less since it's c.g. would get shifted further away from the fulcrum
- Q: I saw da construction of the upcoming tallest building in da world in Dubai, how did da crane get on top of it?
- it climbs the tower as the tower goes higher. the crane has 8 mechanical legs that it lift it self mechanically.like a spider in a tree or as the tower goes higher workers add a piece at the bottom of the crane using hydraulics
- Q: In the Bride comes to Yellow Sky, Stephen Crane uses symbolism to evoke in readers a sense of the “old west”. However, the knowledge of the “old west” that the average person holds in his or her mind is false and nothing more than a Hollywood created myth. By using the symbols inherent in Hollywood’s old western myth Crane manipulates the reader’s misconceptions only to leave them feeling stupid when he reveals a hole in that way of thinking with the irrational ending. This is actually a thesis i'm working on for an analytical essay on the piece.I need to know if anyone has ever read the story and gotten the same feeling Crane was having fun at the reader's expense or perhaps poking fun at the old western I have very good points from the text to support my thesis but i cannot find anything online that touches on the possability of this being a parody. Anyone else think Crane's having fun or is a bit condescending in this piece?
- I have to say no. Your question erred in a significant way. Hollywood didn't create this false image of the West. The false image was created a long time before by people living in the age of the incidents. It didn't take publishers long to notice that people living back East enjoyed these gritty depictions of the West. Dime novels were a big seller in the 18th and 19th centuries. Look at Stephen Crane. He died in 1900. Hollywood was non-existent as the facet of American life that it holds now. Crane would have been writing this story with the idea that he was depicting a real slice of the wild West that was becoming more civilized.
- Q: I'm a little confused as to what the difference is between the crane and the flare boom-____- I'm thinking that the flare boom is what they use to burn off oil I there's a fire, but is that right? And what does the crane do?
- It's called a flare boom because the flare is out on the end of a boom like structure. To keep the flame as far as possible from the rig production operations.
