A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

- this is not my area of study but i will give you something to consider. if you are looking for a large capacity crane for use on permafrost, you wont find one. the pressure placed on the permafrost by large weights will cause it to melt. anything that is heavy, like a house, will sink in the tundra just like it will in a swamp. for houses they excavate the foundation a build a giant wooden raft that the hose floats on. in ST Petersburg, Russians preferred a mix of reeds and slave laborers corpses's to build the raft. as long as the ground is not frozen there is somebody how makes what you want. if the ground is frozen, you will only find small machinery. best of luck ps dont look to hard. lots of diesel engines work great at sub-subfreezing temps.
- Q: how many different types of cranes and winches are there?
- A bit more information might help. In England there are Winches and then there are winches. As for Cranes are we talking about birds.........actually there are only a few type of each.......but there can be quite a few variations of the basic types. let's say 6 types of cranes and 4 or 5 winches.
- Q: How the cranes can stand without any tipping with huge counter weights on its back? If there is no suspended load also the crane is is still stable with huge counter weights on its back. How it can possible? Why crane is not offballencing while we adding extra counter weights on it without any suspended load?
- Usually the counterweights can move back and forth on an arm. They are moved toward the crane when there is no load and away from the crane when there is a load. If the counterweights can't move, then the crane must be designed to hold (at least) the minimum counterweights in their fixed location. As the crane gets loaded, the net moment decreases, and then increases in the other direction as more and more load gets added. It is still likely that the maximum design moment when loaded far exceeds the moment due to the counterweights on an unloaded crane.

- The hook shall be scrapped at any time in the following circumstances:Crackle;The wear of the dangerous section is 10% of the original size;The opening ratio is increased by 10% than the original size;The twist of the hook is over 10 degrees;The dangerous section of the hook or the neck of the hook produces plastic deformation;The hook thread is corroded;When the hook bushing is worn at 50% of the original size, the bushing shall be replaced;The mandrel shall be replaced when the hook mandrel is worn at 5% of the original size.?The American Standard can provide for your reference:1, hook hanging points in the effective area of cross sectional wear more than 10%, should be disabled and scrapped.2 any visible permanent deformation and cracks shall be disabled and scrapped.3, if the wear is in the same area in two directions, it should be controlled within 5%.4, any hook opening deformation is not greater than 5%, or in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines to determine.5, hook bow hook (i.e. intermediate position hook C shape) wear amount should be less than 5%.
