6.FAQ

1. How do you pack your products?

We have rich experience on how to pack the panels to make sure the safety on shipment when it arrives at the destination.

2.  Can you do OEM for us?

Yes, we can.

3. How long can we receive the product after purchase?

In the purchase of product within three working days, We will arrange the factory delivery as soon as possible. The perfect time of receiving is related to the state and position of customers. Commonly 7 to 10 working days can be served.

Q: and how does its work?
It will basically provide safety protection from electrical shock. Occassional large electrical equipment may become temporarily energized --- maybe a down power line, or by accident. By grounding the equipment, the earth that you are standing on, and the equipment will always be at the same voltage. Therefore, even if the equipment becomes energized at 25000 Volts, the ground you are standing on will be at 25000 volts as well. So there is no potential difference and therefore, no electrical shock. Without the earth connection --- there would be a 25000 Volt potential difference, and you would suffer severe electrical shock, or even death. Excerpt from Wikipedia: Ground or earth in a mains (AC power) electrical wiring system is a conductor that provides a low impedance path to the earth to prevent hazardous voltages from appearing on equipment (the terms ground (North American practice) and earth (most other English-speaking countries) are used synonymously here). Normally a grounding conductor does not carry current. Neutral is a circuit conductor (that carries current in normal operation), which is connected to earth (or ground) generally at the service panel with the main disconnecting switch or breaker.
Q: 1 explain the difference btween a conductor and an insulator in terms of the transfer of electrons. Why are problems with static electricity common in winter than at other times of the year? How could any of these problems be reduced? Why is cleaning dusting more difficult in winter?List at least 2 reason why you think plastic materials are used to cover the copper wires in electrical equipment.
1. In a conductor, electrons transfer easily from atom to atom. In an insulator, it is extremely hard to cause electrons to shift atom to atom. (edit) This means an electrical current cannot flow in an insulator, as electrons must move in a conductor. (end edit). 2. In winter, the air contains less moisture. Therefore static charges will not dissipate as quickly as they will in moist air, and are more easily generated. 3. For the above reason, moving dust particals can easily induce a charge in them, which will be of opposite polarity to the surface. They can be attracted back to the surface. Using a slightly moist cloth can help when dusting in winter. 4. Plastics etc. are electrical insulators. Plastic insulation is very easy to apply to a conductor by extrusion around the conductor, in a plastic extrusion machine. The material is heated to a suitable plastic constituency. Plastic insulations are NOT used in extreme heat or cold situations for conductors. If you live in the US, you will see lots of rubber insulated power leads, as plastics can get more brittle and fracture in cold conditions. Plasticity is the state between solid and liquid, which is where all plastics are worked. In fact, many materials other than plastics can be worked in a plastic state, even metals!
Q: Could this be potentially Electrokinesis?I am prone to having a LOT of static shocks. My computer freezes on me, my TV turns over by itself, my computer, Ipod, Phone turn off by themselves. My phone rings random people, if I put my finger about a centimeter over my touch screen on my Ipod it still works, the internet keeps disconnecting for meyou get the idea. Why does this happen? could it be out of control electrokinesis?
It's just a bad day for you
Q: For instance, could you use normal 14/2 building wire normally used in houses for 115 volt AC lights and outlets and run DC through it provided that the voltage and current does not exceed 120 volts and 15 amps?Could you use normal in-wall light switches in the same way as long as the DC volts and amps does not exceed the AC rating?
They typically need to be derated signficantly for DC. By how much depends on the device - you need to consult the relevant data sheet. To give you some idea, I have some small toggle switches here that are rated for 1A @ 125V AC but only 1A @ 30V DC. That is not at all untypical.
Q: I will go to American in next month and I need to get some pieces of equipment e.gcamera, digital vedio,so I need someone canlet me know how much walt use in u.s.a .Because we use 210 walt in Hong Kong.I need to bring the adaptor or not.Chelsia Leung
110 for most plug in equipment, 220 for appliances like a refridgerator or stove.
Q: I need to make some electrical schematics up for some older equipment. What programs are available other than AutoCAD? Not wanting to spend the $$$ for AutoCAD at this time and I'd prefer not to use paper and pencil.Thanks.
ORCAD is mainly used for electrical drawing. you may use SPICE for this typy of drawing.
Q: I'm doing research for a project and am having a hard time nailing this one down. On that same note, what is a panel in the electrical engineering realm?
Hardware: The definition in the first link below is correct by me. the physical artifacts of a technology. So it is all the bits and pieces, transformers, insulators etc. that you would find in an electrical shop, or electrical company's store. Electrical Panel An Electrical Panel is talking of switch board panels in one sense. See the carebase link below. The thing in the picture, for example, mounts in a larger cabinet. They are standardised in dimensions. However electrical panels includes all sorts of things that mount in what I call equipment housings. Search Google images electrical panel and you will get the idea. Anything that mounts electrical stuff on it, ready to go in a box. Service panels is a term now used for household fuse box etc. in the US it seems. These are meter boxes, switchboards, fuse boxes, distribution panel to me, though I have seen service panels as an architect's term. It can apply to things like network cabling panels too. I should mention control panels, intended for operators to interact with the system. The meaning of electrical panel depends on context and regional language.
Q: I am studying in college to become an electrical engineer but there is one problem, i'm almost clueless about what i'll do once i graduate. like at what kind of companies and places will i work at? what will i be doing? whats it like to be an engineer? what will be my dutys?. and also how much does an engineer (more specifically the kind in my field) earn? really need to know this. thanks
I okorder
Q: i was finding a place for the two in my room but i dident want to set them next to each other. i was thinking that maby their are magnets in one that will ruin the other? so i was just wondering if its okay?
All electrical equipments produce electromagnetic static, I recommend you to keep a fair distance between your 360 and PS2 just to be sure that static from the equipments don't affect each other. Remember that old television sets produce a lot of static so you should keep away your 360 away from your tv also. Good Luck!
Q: i am instrument electrical eng.student and i am about to take 2 of the 4 subject for electives, here the subject:1)process control2)automation and robotic3)measurement and instrumentation4)control system 3i am thinking to involve in maintainance, oil and gas or maybe aircraft maintainance.after grad.what is the subject is suitable and what is the subject advantage and disadvantage. i want get some advice before make the decision.tq
Well. it is very good major Oil and Gas companies need ur major since the instrumentation is controlling the whole units. Huge Essential System and very critical in any refinery such as: DCS : Digital Control Center. ESD: Emergency Shutdown. UPS: Uninterrupted Power Supply ( Electrical Equipment feeds instrument load) I think u have a bright future with this discipline if you have interests . And regarding these Subjects, i dont know much about control All the best
