temperature resistance material which is also moisture-resistant, fire-retardant.

♦Highly reliable special design for IC card entrance, which can bearing attack of 4kV static electricity

shock.

♦Cyclometer & 6+2 digits LED double display.

♦One meter has one card, repeatable top-up, Effectively reduce waste.

♦Once the prepaid meter available energy is reached zero, meter relay will automatically cut the power

off, unless the station has set overdraw limit ( Credit ).

♦The meter can set alarming kWh quantity, indicated by LED flash and secondary notice user the

energy is staying Low, it’s in order to remind user to recharge power on time, Avoid unnecessary loss.

♦Load control, over-load automatically switch off, protect product been damaged.

♦Data-copying function makes the electricity department easily to manage, data can be preserved for

more than 10 years without power supply.

♦Large-capacity magnetic latching relay control, measure energy in security mode.

♦Single direction measures single phase two wire active power consumption, comply with international

standard IEC62053-21,IEC62052-11.

♦Directly connect operation maximum 100A or through CT

♦Electricity price settable, easy to manage and adjustment.

Q: Before anyone blindly answers this, I'd like to first request that only people in the power transmission industry answer, as they are the only ones likely to know.I have a customer who is asking to mount several very large pieces of electrical equipment 15 feet in the air, mounted to a large structure. All of these equipment pieces are 5000 or more pounds and pad-mount by design. I am questioning this request on the basis of legality. Basically, I am curious to know, is there anything in the NEC that says mounting pad-mount equipment overhead is illegal? If so, I could really use a hint as to what section of the NEC code.
I don't believe that there is anything in the NEC that addresses this. Obviously, installing anything on a structure presents challenges that require the attention of a qualified structural engineer. And depending on the location, you could be facing some additional concerns. You would need to check on seismic activity in the area, and since 'pad mount' equipment has a broad profile, wind-loading could be more challenging if you have a wind-force specification to meet. The other issue you would need to consider is whether installation on a structure presents any particular safety concerns. Without knowing any more, my inclination would be to think that you might want to provide an enclosure around the structure to prevent civilians (rmeaning 'teenagers and drunk college students) from climbing it. Just out of curiosity - why does your client want this? We know that the client is always right - even when he insists to stupid things. I trust there is a good reason for asking for something that is bound to increase installation cost by probably 100%.
Q: I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS that is stock, as in no aftermarket radio/electrical equipment and the fuse for the a/c and cruise. I noticed it popped when I bought the car and each time i put the same size fuse in or a bigger one, it automatically pops. I pulled the dash apart and all of the connections are good so I'm not sure of where to go.
get the electrical schematic, find the cable's color code pertaining to AC and CC, now star back tracing them from AC- compressor clutch back to fuse box or relay and CC unit and back to same place as AC, to the fuse box or relay, pay extra attention to a cable that is long enough to rub against metal(hanging against), whether its valve cover, chassis, any bracket, engine exhaustor that it got pinched between 2 pieces of plastic and chassis, any bracket and body basically you are looking for a sign of tear and wear on the cables insulation that allows the inner bare wire to touch metal(chassis). look over the net for a Monte Carlo forum you will find a better answer there and to many many other future questions. gl
Q: could an electrical engineer work in mechanical engineering?
That can depend on where the engineer is working and what their work history is. In the company where I worked there was an electrical engineer who was considered an expert in all types of rotating equipment from pumps to compressors to turbines. He was also considered an expert in piping, pressure vessels and heat exchangers. All areas typically considered areas covered by mechanical engineers.
Q: Do electronic engineers make audio equipment like headphones, amps, and speakers? And do you learn this in engineering schools in college?
Electrical Engineers would be involved in the design of Amps and Receivers. Mechanical Engineers Headphones, Speakers would be done primarily by Acoustic Physicists and Mech Engrs. Astrobuf
Q: 2)Please do include the details as to why does spark devlop wn connection at one end is loose. 3)How the +ve electrode retains itz polarity though it accepts the electrons continuously, in a closed circuit.
1) For laymen understanding, electrical grounding is a protection of your house against lightning, instead burning your house or someone inside your house gets fried. In your appliances, electrical grounding protects you from getting electrical shock in case one of the electrical wire touches the metal body of your appliance. Now on electronic grounding, it is a protection of a certain circuitry from getting damaged by an electrical charge from your body in case you touch it. 2) Electrical wire connection is like a water pipe connection. Electrical current passes through the wire while water current passes through the pipes. If there is a loose connection of a certain electrical wire, or loose pipe connections on your water pipes; The loose pipe connections will produce leaks while the loose electrical connections will produce sparks. 3) It always retain its polarity always. Just like magnets, it retains its polarity, north and south. Electricity is based on magnetism. Law of nature.
Q: Are you taught job skills required to work for a company? or are you trained to specifically do a job like they trust your knowledge and teach you specifics?
They generally don't teach you. They give you a job to do and you do it till you get it right. If you need info you research it or get assistance from other departments. You may go outside to another company for training on some specific issue or tool, instrument, skill etc. You will learn how to learn. They know you aren't an expert yet but one skill is rapid learning. The faster you pick up skills the more you will be paid. The outside learning should be paid for by the company. a second skill is negotiating with your boss to obtain the training. Be an avid reader of trade magazines to pick up secrets, info etc. Never stop learning.
Q: I am doing some work and i just couldn't remember the piece of equipment, that hospitals use to bring people back to life by using an electric shockThey have Pads on them and are often used in films.Thankyou in advance,Babyx
AED : automatic external defibrillator
Q: electrical safety product
It is very similar to a surge protector in that it senses an sudden increase in voltage and/or current and quickly diverts the circuit to ground or isolates the attached devices.
