What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1) PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.
3) Cushions and pillows: water-proof and with zipper, replaceable and washable

- Sounds like you have a problem. Call the store you ordered from and explain the situation right away, maybe they have a smaller simmilar sofa or will cancel the order as I'm sure they don't want delivery men spending a lot of time trying to push a sofa through a door and returning same to them.
- Q: do cats prefer to claw certain types of material?i'd really like leather sofas but i'm afraid of my cat clawing them. he doesn't claw my fabric sofas at the moment. he seems to like digging his claws into a rug that i have, which has quite a rough surface.any advice would be great. thanks
- I recommend Soft Claws. They come in a variety of colors and also clear. Just trim your cats nails and glue these little covers on. They even come in different sizes. The cats will walk funny for a couple of minutes but they will soon get used to them and will be OK with having them on. This should save your new couch along with anything else they like to claw on. I buy my Soft Claws on Ebay.
- Q: Hi there, I was asked to make a room to look nice but here is the catch: I was given 2 red sofas with black, white, green and dots of orange pattern of lines and rectangles. The walls are light gray and the rest of the furniture is for office realy, and in 2 shades of gray. The tiles on the floor are gray too. - Sofa beds come in different sizes. If it is a double size sofa, then a double mattress will fit. You will have to measure it to be sure.
- Q: I sold my sofa on a social networking site and got quite alot of interest. .someone came round to view it and was happy to leave a deposit..they came round again yesterday to help take it apart and we helped to deliver it and put it back together at their place, the money was exchanged and I left. Today I got a phone call complaining about the sofa saying there not happy with it saying its all worn and and want some money back! Do I have to refund them the money??
- I wouldn't. They saw it twice before they paid for it, so they knew what they were getting. If they don't like it they can sell it themselves. But if it's on a site that allows reviews of sellers, you might want to consider a partial refund, particularly if you expect to be selling things that way in the future.

- Q: HM Ausin high back sofa in need of new leather seating cushion covers, otherwise it looks good. Is it worth the money and how much would should I expect to spend?
- You will NEVER match the leather, so don't even consider that remedy. However, HM is a very good quality sofa, so I would highly consider having the seat back cushions reupholstered in a rich tapestry fabric. The look is very fashionable the cost will be RELATIVELY minimal. Call the best upholsterer you can afford cause this will be a worthwhile investment.
