- Q: I need the cable for my TV to be longer. It uses a 10A 125W cable, and all I can find (at a price I like) are 13/15A cords. Is it okay to use this in conjunction with the 10A TV power cable? It will be plugged into a surge protector if that makes a difference...
- The 10 amp and 13 amp ratings are just the maximum amount of current those cables are made for. Your TV will only use 2 or 3 amps, so both cables are fine.
- Q: I disconect them and now, i don't know how to put them back like they supposed to. Can someone please tell me how to do this? please!!This is some of the information that i got from my PC.OS NameMicrosoft Windows XP ProfessionalVersion5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600OS ManufacturerMicrosoft CorporationSystem NameMY-DBVYSKQ1KC1OSystem ManufacturerVIA Technologies, Inc.System ModelKM266-8235System TypeX86-based PCProcessorx86 Family 6 Model 6 Stepping 2 AuthenticAMD ~1396 MhzBIOS Version/DatePhoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG, 11/7/2002SMBIOS Version2.2Windows DirectoryC:#92;WINDOWSSystem DirectoryC:#92;WINDOWS#92;system32Boot Device#92;Device#92;HarddiskVolume1LocaleUnited StatesHardware Abstraction LayerVersion = quot;5.1.2600.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)quot;User NameMY-DBVYSKQ1KC1O#92;myTime ZoneEastern Standard TimeTotal Physical Memory512.00 MBAvailable Physical Memory79.05 MBTotal Virtual Memory2.00 GBAvailable Virtual Memory1.96 GBPage File Space817.16 MBPage FileC:#92;pagefile.sys
- If your talking about the power cables from the power supply to the motherboard those are fairly straight forward. It is a 20 or, 24 pin connector. Usually along the edge opposite the external connections for the motherboard. Although, the placement really depends on the manufacturer and, could even be near the middle of the board. They are keyed and, you can not plug them in incorrectly. As long as you don't force them into the slot. If your speaking of the wires from the case to the motherboard that is a little more difficult. P3 and, P4 motherboards usually have a keyed connection that simply plugs in. Other boards have markings on each of the wires corresponding with it's connection. The one thing that is the same for every board is that the two black wires must be side by side. If you've never done it before you should have labeled each wire and, made a diagram of their placement. Your best hope short of taking your computer to the local shop is to try and, find diagrams for both your motherboard and, the case.
- Q: I'm curious, because I was looking through the 'combo deals' for a part for a potential build, and one of them was a SATA cable (item itself was a hard drive). Does Newegg, or for that matter any major computer retailer, sell products that come with all the cables you need to actually use the part? I guess I'm primarily concerned with Hard Drives and Disk Drives in this case... oh, and PSUs I guess. And the mobo, will that have the power cable?
- Newegg Computer Parts
- Q: I have a monitor which has a input rating of 100-240V and a 1.5A current. But I have a cable which gives out 250V and a 10A current.... The cable plugs into my monitor with no problem and it turns on just fine. But is it fine?
- Yes its fine. Your monitor draws maximum of 1.5A current. And you say your cable can bear 10A current.
- Q: can we install power 480 VAC and control 120 VAC cables,,, each one in different conduit but in parallel and adjacent ?also for two control cables ,,,, can they installed in one conduit ?
- Yes, on both questions. To be extra safe, use steel conduit. It kills the EMF better
- Q: Welding cable (230v) doesn't, so why would (14v) car audio cables
- RCA Cables: These are the cables used to transfer pre-amp (line level) signals. Usually, you use this type of cable for unamplified signals such as the connection between your head unit and amp or crossovers/eqs. Look for appropriate thickness and shielding. The end connectors should be sturdy to prevent breakage from stress. Some claim that very expensive cable makes a difference in sound quality. I do not think so, do not spend more than $1/foot. You may need to spend more to get cables that are more immune to noise if you have that problem in your car
- Q: should you run RCA cables and power next to each other?
- you can but its always best to run them apart for the least possible interference.
- Q: Will that work, just get the new country's type of power cable? its a 4gb 360 slim
- Just get a power converter and plug it in to that. Much easier.
- Q: I bought an SATA hard drive off someone that appears to use a 15-pin connector. There does not appear to be any other connectors on the back. How does this thing get powered? I have another SATA hard drive that uses the regular 7-pin connector, and on the back, just like an IDE drive, it has a place to connect the power. This SATA hard drive though just has that big 15-pin connector in the back, and nothing else.
- part of that connector is power, the other is data. look closely.
- Q: And twisted pair cable parallel to the laying of the same route with 10kVA 380V power cable, the minimum spacing between the two cables should be how much? Knowledge related to integrated wiring. The The The The
- PLC and computer communication cable, different manufacturers of PLC connection is not the same
