Product Description
RMC Cable use Cu clad Aluminum ( CCA ) Wire
Copper Clad Aluminum is an electrical conductor which has an outer sleeve of copper metallurgically
bonded to a solid aluminum core. The combination of these two metals make
it uniquely suited to many electrical applications
Standard:
SJ/T 11223-2000
ASTM B 566-2011
Feature:
Compared to copper conductors:
Higher Flexibility due to lower elastic modulus
63% material weight reduction due to lower specific gravity of CCA over regular copper
Compared to aluminum conductors:
Better corrosion resistance than aluminum due to copper layer
Lower resistance due to high electric conductivity of copper
Better Solderability
Higher strength than aluminum
Application:
In high frequency signal transmission field, it is applied to:
l Standard Material of Conductor in CATV Coaxial Cable;
l 50 Ohm Radio Frequency Aerial;
l Leaky Cable;
l Soft Coaxial Radio Frequency Cable;
l Data Cable
l Radio transmission in defined area
In power transmission field, it can be applied to:
l Stranded wire;
l Power Cable;
l Control Cable;
l automotive cable;
l Building distribution wire;
l Busbar;
l Radio Frequency shielding;
In special electromagnetic wire, it can be applied to:
l Coils in motor and fans, mahjong machine, Loudspeakers
l Voice coils (e.g. in Headphone, Headset, ...)
l Windings
Manufacture Scope:
0.12MM~5.50MM

- Q: Does anyone with an Xbox 360 or someone that knows stuff about AC power cords tell me if the Belkin Standard Power Cable can be used with the xbox 360?Best answer gets 5.
- Yep its the same thing as the 1 that came with the Xbox 360 but not made by Microsoft. Only problem is you'll still need the power block that came with the xbox 360.
- Q: What I really just want to know is the equation and basic concept on how to determine the optimal length of power cable needed to connect two poles while knowing only the linear density of the cable.It does not matter how much sag is produced because of limitations due to the strength of the power cable.
- The web page provides very thorough information and rigorous mathematical treatment relevant to the answer you seek. But it is just too much all at once to digest. So take it piecemeal, one bit at a time! First, you must realize that the sag of the cable is the single most important design parameter and strict attention to cable weight determines the optimal length. The equation of the catenary is the precise model but a parabolic approximation may work. (parabolic approx.) ymax = (3wl?) / ?√(64EA) P = wl?/(8ymax) Where ymax is the maximum sag l is the unstretched length w is the weight/unit length E Youngs modulus A Wire area P axial tension the curve is a parabola, which is a good approximation if the depth of sag is no greater than 1/8th of the span. Use the second equation to derive the induced tension P. H:=WL?/8S S:=WL?/8H L: distance between support S: Sag at mid-span H: tension (horizontal component of tension) The tension depends purely on the loaded geometry and the weight per unit length.
- Q: I just bought a new power supply and it doesn't have the cables for my CD drives, how do I know when I buy a PSU if it will have all the cables I need? How do I know if its compatible with my motherb?
- Do your research.
- Q: I dont get any power to my amp. If something is pinching the line could that make it not get any power? Or could there be something else wrong?
- Any thing is possible. You can have a break in the wire (any where). But normally the kink won't do anything (good or bad). Good luck........
- Q: Calculation method of wire and cable outer diameter
- You are talking about the calculation of the diameter of the calculation method please refer to GB / T marine cables please refer to IEC-350 and 353
- Q: Copper core power cable laying (cable section YJV4 * 35 + 1 * 16mm2) Will the dawn of the software in how the amount of superposition? The Please master instructions, the problem added: YJV4 * 35 + 1 * 16mm2 is not the 4 * 35 + 1 * 16 = 156mm2 copper core power cable laying (cable section 156mm2) to count, more
- That is to tell you the code, then you will not do now you have to do the password
- Q: This is all I got in my PC, where is it?
- Hard disks typically use the 4-pin molex connectors. I can see at least two free in your picture. Basically just use the one that fits, there should only be one that fits anyway.
- Q: Whenever I unplug the power cable, the laptop starts to lag, bad, and yes I do have a fully charged battery. This has been happening ever since I got the thing, and no it has nothing to do with the battery, and no matter how many times I re-plug the cable and take it out again, or just leave it in, it continues to lag. The only time it stops is when I reboot, at least until I unplug it again. Also, it has nothing to do with the performance battery plan. Any ideas? This is really annoying.
- Do you mean lag as in a slow OS. Well- Where is your SPEEDSTEP set at in your BIOS? You may have 3 or 2 settings which ARE affected when your Cable Power is removed it will go to a Bit Slower Processor Speed to prolong the battery. If after you change the settings in BIOS and it does this again, its likely need to be sent back for repair under Warranty as this is NOT Normal...
- Q: I have recently purchased a SAPPHIRE 100228L Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Ready Video Card.
- should have come with a power cable. sometimes these are hidden in a compartment inside the box. take all the inner cardboard out. It would be pretty unusual for one of these cards to ship without the cable.
- Q: What is the difference between rubber insulation and paper insulated power cables?
- Because the AC operation will produce eddy current, will make the steel pipe and cable heat burned
