- There could be many things wrong with the charger port itself never mind the phone. I've seen charger ports where the pin breaks off, or the whole part breaks from the motherboard. When I see this issue I solder on a new charger port and it usually fixes the problem. i don't know if that helps but that's all i know.

- Q: I have a VERY old battery charger that was specific for Nickel Cadmium batteries back in the day. Now that we use NiMh batteries, can I still use this charger or will the batteries explode? If I can't use this charger for those batteries, can you suggest where I might find a charger for C and D batteries (I have a new baby and all the toys and bouncy chairs use those huge batteries)? It seems that all the chargers I've found are specific only for AA and AAA. Thanks!

- The Charger for the Lg Voyager charger should fit it, the lg dare wont fit it. The Lg phones now a days either use the 8500 charger(env,voyager) or the V9 Chargers (Lg Dare,Lg Optimus).

- Q: I have a Sony Vaio laptop for about 4 years now, lately (within a month) my laptop charger started make a faint cricket sound (but the charger still works), if I unplug it from the power source for some minutes, the cricket sound (the cricket sounds like tweeting, chirp, bird -like) is slowly gone. And the charger works just fine.Recently my charger stopped working and making the same cricket sound. I thought my charger died. But then I've tried to plug my charger to a power source, and it works fine (no cricket sound), is it okay to use the charger as long as it's not making the weird sound?I know that my charger may need to be replaced, I'm planning to buy a new charger anyway, but I just want to know, is okay to use the charger as long as the charger does not make those sound? Will it affect my laptop? because I really need to use the laptop to get my work done before deadline.
