FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own                design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000            pcs.

Q: I‘m curious...How are Terra Cotta roof tiles secured to the roof?? It seems that if they were nailed down, the installer would risk the chance of cracking, or shattering the tile..Is there some type of nail set that prohibits driving the fastener too far into the pieces? Obviously, they just don‘t lie there...
here in the uk we dont use shingles ..not man enough to last ..so we have clay . ncrete ..and terra cotta roof tiles ...no point in putting on a roof covering unless it gonna last at least 100 years ..out roof tiles have hooks at top that sit behind the tile lathe ...most tiles are not actually nailed ..most are every 3 or 5 rows ..i have worked on dozens of roofs where not one was nailed ..the roof angles and tile weight prevent them from moving ..we fix with either galvanised or copper nails
Q: No more tiles on the table, you‘re behind on points but can place your last tile while opponent still has tiles they can‘t place. Thanks!

Q: MyMy bathroom. which is about 75 square feet has a carpet and I want to change it to tile. The only utility is a toilet. How do I handle the toilet? If I use ceramic tile, does the toilet sit on the ceramic tile and does that cause a problem with breaking the tile? What do you recommend that is practical, easy to install, and still functional?
You need to remove the toilet-it will give you a much better job as you will never make good cuts around it..The toilet wont crack your tiles..and a deep wax seal should work fine. After you pull that carpet I strongly suggest putting down wire mesh, or Hardi-Backer,,I dont care what some thin-set makers claim--I dont believe in putting tiles right on the wood.
Q: Trying to select floor tile to match kitchen and rest of downstairs living area (dining, living, family rooms). I have a lot of natural light in all areas. I have light oak kitchen cabinets. I just installed granite counter tops named Golden Desire but I have yet to install tile back splash. What color tile would I choose for the kitchen and throughout the living area. Thanks
Take pieces of the things to which you are committed and get thee to a large tile store. Go for the match and also check for contrast. You may surprise yourself and like the unexpected. Think about your soft good (fabric items) as you will have to find compatible fabrics to make it all work together. Taking samples of everything is really important, as your eye will not recall the subtleties. No one can possibly give a color answer here, as there are an infinite number of possibilities within a single color, some of them correct, others very very jarring to the eye when it all comes together. If part of your question is whether to select the same tile for both areas, my suggestion is usually, YES, to avoid the appearance of a hodge podge patchwork quilt.
Q: I want to lay tile in my mobile home, and I want a cheaper alternative to wonderboard for the tile that I want to install. My home is on a concrete foundation tied down and the flooring is solid I‘m just concerned with the tile not sticking to the osb plywood. Any serious answers would be appreciated
1-1/4 thick of plywood. not osb or k3 board, but real plywood (2 layers 5/8th thick. then, when you lay your tile, use a polymer-modified thinset mortar, instead of a dry-set mortar. they have a powdered latex additive that helps it bond well to the plywood. of you look at the back of the bag it will tell you if it will stick to plywood.
Q: I am making a unglazed ceramic tile-mosaic table and I know I have to seal the tiles as well as grout and then seal the grout. Can I use a tile-sealer as a grout sealer? Or do I have two use two different products?
There both the same. But I would not use it. It discolors and cracks. Clean spills fast and you wont have to worry.
Q: i want to use broken tiles for flooring in the balcony. what is the procedure?? and how do i start??please suggest.
I suggest that you first prep and fill your concrete and let dry. Next you should lay out some tile pieces on an area near your starting point fitting the pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle. Next spread some tile mastic over an area equal to the size of the area where you have laid out tile pieces that fit together. Next, quickly set the tiles in the mastic in the same pattern that you had them laid off to the side leaving at least about 1/8th gaps between the tile pieces. When you are finished, scrape off any mastic that does not have tile set in it. Repeat this process until you completely cover your floor. Allow to dry for a day and then fill the cracks with grout. Allow the grout to dry for a day and then do an acid wash to remove the grout residue.
Q: A week and a half a go I put eight 23 1/2‘‘ x 23 1/2 tiles on my sheetrock wall as a headboard and I can sometimes hear it crack! Will it fall?
heck no! Ive seen tiles installed ritght onto sheet rock in wet arias as in bathroom shower! as far as the papper delamanating from the rock? hell no!!! ur good pal! If u hear cracking, Its not the tiles falling off. maybe the rock seperating from the studs, or the stus sressing out. think of it this way, when you go to hang a heany pic or mirror to the wall u usaly attach to the studs...what you could have done is reinforce the rock (add more screws) then did ur work. right now the rock should be attached with 1 1/4 screws at least with a nail pattern of 6 inch on perimiter and 12 inch in field. hope this info helps! I think ur good pal!
Q: Kitchen is open to living area. Kitchen has tile already and living room has carpet. We want replace carpet wit hardwood if it look right, or should we just tile it all. Entry way from frony door is tile then living room begins with carpet then kitchen begins with tile.
The floor joists dictate how the hardwood flooring can be installed. I have built almost 100 houses, and it cannot be done any other way.
Q: The house to decorate the floor in the choice of headache, wooden floor generous and beautiful, but will rot, will be deformed, have to resist termites; and tiles no problem, but now many people use wooden floor, personal really do not know how to choose The Is there any friend who can give professional advice?
First look at the economy, money when he wood flooring, but no money to buy cheap wooden floor, might as well buy tiles Second, people see, tiles, you can use a mop, wood floor, to kneel rub, wax and so on. Lazy is free Followed by the knowledge of the bedroom installed wood flooring, the other is tiles
