FAQ
1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q:A few tiles in my building flat give a cracking noise when i step on them.Upon inspection i found that the tiles make cracking sound even when i press them with my hands but requires some strength. There is a small airgap in a few joints but the gap is very small. The tiles were installed almost 15 years ago and i dont know how old the building is but is considered an earthquake proof structure. The cracking sound is sometimes even for as long as 1-2 seconds when standing on it.So is it a lose tile or a foundation crack?
- You say the tile floor was installed about 15 years ago, which would make me think that the thin-set mastic used to adhere the tiles to the floor has dried out and allowed several of the tiles to loosen on the mastic bed. This allows them to move, albeit ever so slightly, each time you step on them. If the problem is not resolved soon the cracking sound will increase and there's a good chance the tiles themselves will crack and then need to be completely replaced. This could be sort of difficult seeing as how you'd be attempting to match 15 year old patterns. The repair is to remove the affected tiles, then remove the old thin-set mastic, being careful not to disturb the surrounding tiles, reapply new mastic and then re-set the tiles. Allow them to set overnight, undisturbed and the next day re-grout the cracks. If you don't feel comfortable doing the repairs or if it's not your building, either get your landlord involved or hire a flooring guy yourself.
- Q:Jiyuan where the tiles are good
- , to see the side of the granules of granules are fine and even, the granules are large, rough, then the brick body density crisp, the use of the process will certainly be a problem, give a simple example: you get the house is usually the embryo room, wall The surface is very rough cement surface, when you use the putty powder after the wall is relatively smooth, delicate, and you use such a standard to see just fine. 3, the brick stand up, hand tapping the brick body, the more crisp the sound to prove that the higher the density of brick, the better the quality, the more dull the tones to prove that the worse the density of tiles, tiles, anti-fouling, 4, if it is to buy polished tiles (600 specifications above the tiles), hand touch the brick body surface (hand back touch), start to feel the more smooth proof of the brick surface of the pinhole less, the higher the anti-fouling ability, as long as Do not worry about non-slip problems in the bathroom or in the kitchen.
- Q:Ok.. what i mean is this. Let‘s say you have hard tile beside the toliet and water damaged occured. Once you press down on the tile you can actually feel the weakness in the tile.. Does this automatically determine bad subflooring or is it possible just bad tile, Can I just killz over the subflooring repaint and lay new tile?
- Justin, tile is rigid and doesn't flex. If you can feel it move, what's under it ain't gettin' it. Sure, the subfloor is suspect, but it may also be missing proper tile underlayment, like concrete board on top of the basic underlayment. If the tile was just installed directly onto a wood subfloor, big fail. Properly installed, it should feel like it's on a concrete slab.
- Q:My husband and I are thinking about putting tile on our front porch. It‘s 10 x 13 roughly size room. Would 6x6 size tiles look better or would 12x12? What do you think?
- if you are going for a mosaic look then 6x6 tiles would definitely be the answer, but there are more options with 12x12's especially if you want to mix and match materials.
- Q:anyone know this kind of tile? How durable is it? is it suitable for wall or floor?
- If its the honey or green onyx in the lower pictures, to answer your question, it is for wall application only, not durable enough for flooring. Expensive but can be used with other tile if you d like to make stripes and small designs. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
- Q:Also, formica or tile for a countertop???
- I would suggest a porcelain tile for the floor. Porcelain has the color in the body of the clay so if it is chipped it is still the same color, it is also much harder than glazed tile. If I had to choose between tile or Formica, Tile every time much better durability. If you can afford it look at solid surface for your counters. Corian, Stilestone, Granite. Try and get the best material you can afford, you are going to have it a long time.
- Q:Easiest way to remove stick tile
- If the tiles are loose, a putty knife will lift them off the floor. If the tiles are stuck on tight, they're easier to remove if they're heated. I put a towel on the floor and heated them with a regular iron, then used a putty knife to lift the tiles. You don't need to get them hot, just warm.
- Q:I have a commercial pool thats about 100 years old ( with modern modifications). The ceramic tiles on the floor area are original. We have been begged by just about everyone not to replace them. It looks soo dirty. Our comepetition is more expensive.....water quality is horrible....and their pools are packed all day. Im lucky to get 5 people in an 18 hour day. The water and inside the pool look nice.....just getting to the pool...people think they will get a disease. Its just old age stain....not sure what that is exactly.
- I okorder /... Re-sealing the tiles is not a permanent solution. Another alternative is to find matching tiles, and remove a strip wide enough for a walkway, and re-tile with the new, modern tiles. Sometimes old meets new can look terrific.
- Q:Can a ceramic wall tile be applied directly to a greenboard surface with mortar or is a cement backer board required? Thanks for your help
- Yes. I have tiled 10's of thousands of feet on green board. It's not my choice , but you know contractors go the cheapest way. Keep green board a 1/2 off the tub. It will last a lot longer.I also would not use adhesive it is messy and loses hold after a few years. I used plain OL' thinset. It holds great and is easy to wipe out of the joints. And don't let anyone tell you different. I set tile for 30 yrs.
- Q:Tiles 1 open 2 What does it mean ah?
- Is a piece of brick to a half of the cut! For example, your brick is 800 * 800 open on the two 800 * 400 of the two
