—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q: I am looking for an obsolete 8X8 ceramic tile I believe was made by Interceramic. It‘s described on my original sales slip from 1999 as IC WestPalm Surf It‘s solid white in color and has a slight pebble texture. I need to modify my kitchen some and don‘t want to tear up the entire floor to install new type tile. Any ideas how to find this tile if there‘s any left out there.
- IC did away with the 8x8 tile about 8 to 10 years ago .. They revamped there line to a 10 and 13 inch tile..10 didn t last long at all..Soon the did away with most all the red bodied tile.. So please don t even bother trying.. You will have to do something else , like a border and or accents. There were reclamation places that bought up old lots of tile but none that I know about now.. - I will not wast time describing how it should be done. I will however as a Licensed contractor tell you, you have the right to have ask (demand) that they do it, if they have to do it 10 times to get it right its their problem not yours...end of story... that is the law. And... I wasn't going to say anything but it just pisses me off when people give advice on a subject they clearly know nothing about. I have been doing masonry for over 20 years myself and my family has been in the building business for 2 generations and I have NEVER heard of moping a new tile floor with warm water so the grout will not crack. Or sealing a floor under tile. Because it doesn't exist...Look people I answer question that I know the answer to or offer advice based on my experience with the matter. The people on this site are looking for an answer to something that is important to them and you should respect that. would you like someone answering your question that doesn't really know the answer but is just kinda guessing backed by a little knowledge? NO and I wouldn't either. Especially regarding someones home come on. Everybody has an area of specialty so answer those questions you KNOW the answer to or at least indicate that it is a guess when you dont...theres plenty of questions to go around for all of us.
- Q: I am going to lay bathroom floor tiles in my bathroom but I have some questions before I start. 1. Can I lay the new tiles over the existing floor, which is vinyl flooring? Or do I have to remove that first? 2. If I have to remove the vinyl flooring do I have to add cement backer board? Or can I lay the tile right over whatever is under the vinyl flooring? 3. I have trim along that floor that I will be re-attaching, do I lay the tile right up to the wall or do I put a space in between the wall and the edge tile? Do I then grout into that space between the wall and the edge tile?
- Hi KK, 1. Remove 2. Add board, only if you have adequate subflooring. If you have particle board or luan ply, remove and replace with 3/4 BC sanded ply 3. 1/4 space with no thinset or grout to allow for expansion and contraction. You can use color matched caulk if necessary.
- Q: I have tiles in my house. The whole 1st story is tile. Their porcelain. My chihuahua stays downstairs all the time and I was wondering does the tile have any affect on her? The tiles get really cold.
- Might be a little slippery and cold, just make sure she has some comfy things to lie on. I have only tile in the areas that my dogs are allowed to hang out in, generally they sleep on the throw rugs, but I know when they first come in and are hot, they will sprawl on the tile under an air conditioning vent. Personally, I can't stand carpet, especially not with dogs.
- Q: Do you have to rough up the old flooring ?
- I tile, every day of my life, and while I'm not at all a fan of vinyl tile, you didn't state PEEL and STICK. Obviously the adhesives on Peel and Stick are inferior and as answer 1 suggests the tile can creep on any substrate. You also don't state any texture on the current tile, certainly to float anything over it is no less a task and challenge as it would be to remove the tile. For one thing a peel and stick needs almost a glass like finish for its inferior adhesive to be even modestly effective. That would relate to roughing up as well. Then there is the issue of how you might define Rough Up? I offer my opinion/ s First of all if it's peel and stick, I'd not bother, but if I bothered, my usual; course of action is a water based contact cement on both the substrate and the bottom side of the tile. That method can be used on non adhesive backed tile as well, but there are many viable/valid tile mastics on the market. A final note, no matter what tile or method you choose. DO NOT use the existing tiles as a guide to install new. If you choose to floor over though I cannot imagine doing so, you will be better served to displace seaming the new tile, (offset) at the seams, from the existing. Steven Wolf Just my two sense
- Q: I have a small round accent table with formica top. I‘d like to try my hand at mosaic tiling on the top. Is it possible to do this over the formica, or do I have to remove it. If so, what do I use to prep the formica before tiling. p.s. I‘ve never tiled anything before. Using this as a learning project.Thanks for any suggestions, tips.
- Lightly sand the formica and then prime it with kilz it. Let it dry and go to town with your mosaic. I did this to a kitchen island 7 years ago and it's still holding up.
- Q: well I burned a small hole in a linoleum tile. How do I fix it?
- A heat torch and a putty knife. Heat, lift and pull gently as you apply the heat. Remove the tile and scrape away the rest of the glue and make it as smooth as possible. Get some adhesive and a knotched putty knife and spread an even amount on the space ( not too much ) and insert new tile in place and press firmly. Use mineral spirits to clean up any excess glue and put a weight on it and let set for 24 hours. Done. Good luck with that.
