—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- Q: Ok, the builder and an independent foundation company both say that no foundation damage happened, just some settlement. What should I do with these cracks on tiles and on walls. Would leaving them alone cause any problem? When and how should I fix those?
- Cracked tiles, if there are no sharp edges won t cause a problem but should be fixed if you have spare tiles. Wall s you don t describe exactly what type of crack so no one can help there to much.. If its the wall board thats cracked that can be a big job. If its a corner crack there are a couple ways to do this. - Q: Anyone know if that type of ceiling tile has asbestos? Unsure of the year built. It has a texture to it which is why I‘m worried about it.
- Like others have said it's imposable to tell without testing. Asbestos is very expensive to remove and the tile if left alone (kept sealed with paint) is safe.

I recently saw a 4 season sunroom that had tile down and needless to say, I fell in love with it! I am thinking about putting tile down in there but am worried about the weather...I live in Minnesota where it gets very cold...and that room is not heated in the winter. - Tile can be laid outside, so temperature is not the issue. The type of tile you use will determine if it stays down or not. I would look into a porcelain tile which is double fired and extremely hard, or a frost-proof tile which is used around swimming pools.

- Best to have the bottom of the pool smooth concrete because some things will grow in small lines or cracks of tile. Use tile as a ring at the water level or above it. Ask around there is a reason that pool bottoms are smooth.

- Q: My wall tiles has been for more than 20yrs owned by first owner. - With all due respect, and after having installed multiple thousands of sq. ft. of tile, and applied thousands of gallons of paint, NEVER TO TILE. It's essentially glass. I see dozens of Q's asking, and as many answers stating it can be done. When I'm asked Can I? my response is usually Certainly I add, that one might not be satisfied with the result. In your case your options are few, now that the tile is already painted. Obviously touch up can be the first more economical of any choice. I wouldn't take a contract to paint tile, nor would I to install any peel and stick type of plastic. You could do a tub/shower enclosure over. You could use melamime or plastic sheet stock to cover. Without knowing your commitment to the house, or how long you intend to be there. With no offense in 5 years of ownership perhaps replacing might have been saved for. Just one opinion, but at some point, if the house was mine, and I intended to remain, I'd be pulling the old tile, adding concrete backer board, and re-do the bathroom. Steven Wolf

- No so fast my friend...... have you ever wonder how heavy a piece of 1`granite is? If it is big bench, you probaly need two persons to lift it on. If it is granite tiles, weight a piece totally up first try to put on some thing of similar weight on top the bench see what happens. Before you do anything, check your existing counter top's support. If it is using normal laminated chipboards by gluing of screwing together, I suggest that you check with the local hardware/DIY shop first. ie You may need additional supports. The last thing you need is the whole bench or table collapsing on your foot!?.......tata.
