1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

5. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?
Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose
tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds. Light color makes people feel shinny, but the
bathroom more appropriate to create a warm feeling, so the best choose is uses matte, the shinny feels more soft and
not dazzling.
- Q: I need tips on how to install tiles around bathroom walls. I have the walls up and taped. Now what??? I leveled and drew a line under the window cell horizontal and vertical. 1) Do I start tiling from the tub up?2) How do I seal - or do I have to seal the tiles (Ceramic tiles 4x4)?3) What type of sealer should I use? Please give me a name that I can easily find @HD or loews.
- You should start from the tub up. so you have a nice finished edge where it meets the tub. You start from the center of the long wall so that the cuts on each end are the same. On the short walls you start from the outside so that once agin you have a clean factory edge. Normally you don't have to seal bathroom tiles they have a gloss finish, right? You do have to grout them however, the tiling department at Home Depot will have a few choices, in many colours. Pick one that matches your tiling job, and the paint colour. Read the grouting instructions a couple of times. Be careful when mixing grout, a little water at a time!
- Q: My bathroom in my new house has the ugliest green tile halfway up the wall and then a different shade of green tile on the floor. My husband I have a little experierience with fixing stuff up, but this one has us puzzled. We want to tear the tile down and put up drywall. Then we‘d like to carpet the floor. We haven‘t got the nerve yet cause we don‘t know what to expect behind those tiles on the wall. Got ANY suggestions in my little dilemma???
- Well, if you have a little experience, all u have to do is chisel off the tile, then just cut out the wall behind the tile too because it is either cement board, or it will have way too much glue behind it to even bother getting it all off. After the tile is gone, just cut a nice straight line and replace the wall behind the tile. You should more than likely need 1/2 inch drywall depending on the thickness or your original wall. Its not hard at all to do, so just grab a claw hammer and a chisel and have at it. The removal should only take an hour or 2 depending on the size of the room, and from there its all downhill. If you need help on doing the actual drywall, drop me a email and i'd be glad to help! Have at it, just make sure when knocking out the old wall not to hit any pipes!! Hope this helped! - Q: I bought 12 x 12 ceramic tile from Lowe‘s branded as SURFACE SOURCE with a PEI rating 4. I bought each tile for $0.58 each. I want to use the tile for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and living room. The tile was made in Mexico. I think the tile was being discontinued at Lowe‘s. Thus, I think that is why the price was so low. Did I make a mistake? The tile looks good and feels good so I do not see a problem with. I need an honest opinion.
- First of all I hope you bought all they had, and had them check other stores. Certainly it's not unusual for a tile selection to go out of production. OPEN STOCK doesn't promise forever. The rating # refers to durability; YOURS being quite high. 58 cents is fair. With no offense at all to Mexico; most of OUR tile is created there. - Q: The tile is one week old. I have had the company pull tiles, regrout and patch. I have new cracks every day. Can I reasonable ask them to start over?
- I don't know if you watch HGTV, but there is a Holmes on Homes episode that covers this very situation. In that episode they ended up ripping up the entire floor sub-floor, started again. The tile guys laid down a concrete board that is designed for that purpose, but they laid it over the old linoleum floor when that floor needed to be ripped up 1st a new sub-floor laid down. The cracking is probably caused by the tiles shifting in some way. Either the subfloor is inadequate, or the adhesion of the tiles to the subfloor is inadequate. As you walk over the floor the tiles move, the grout cracks. You may have a fight on your hands. Most contractors don't like to do their work all over again, but I suspect that is what needs to be done here. Cracking in a ceramic floor that is only one week old suggests to me that you had the great misfortune to hire somebody who really doesn't know about laying ceramic floors. It would probably be more than reasonable to ask them to do the job over, but I don't know if that would be advisable if you want to end up with a ceramic floor free of cracks. If they didn't know how to install your floor in the 1st place, then I wouldn't expect then to have studied up on the right way to do it after only one week. If it were me, I'd ask them to come in and remove the tiles and give me a full refund so that I can go find someone who knows what he is doing. Good Luck!

- Start by calling all of the roofing contractors in your local phone book and asking for them to come over and give you a free bid to match the existing tile ,if the roofing contractors know that they are competing for the job or sell of tile they are more likly to keep the price fair..

- Now a days your best bet is a Home Depot or a Lowes. I don't know if you have these stores in your area, but the do-it-yourself type stores are really outpricing the mom and pop stores. Hope that helps....if you need it installed you can call one of the smaller mom and pop type stores. They are usually very fair as far as pricing goes. The reason they do not offer the actual tiles as cheap as the bigger stores is because they don't buy the nearly the amount of product as the big guys. If they could, they would. - If you can get one tile to carry as your sample, then check stores that sell tiles. Doubt you will find them. Best bet is take sample to store that specializes in tile; they MAY have outdated tiles in their warehouse. Dig out some from area that could use contrast colors. Use pulled up ones (extra work to 'clean' back of old tiles) and replace the cracked/broken tiles. Use contrasting tiles around visible outside wall border or center of area. Now have 2 different colors but not replacing entire floor.
- Q: I am purchasing a home and need to change the flooring before moving in. It is a 1500 sq foot house including garage, laundry room etc. I have already picked out carpet for the 3 bedrooms but am trying to decide on laminate wood floors or tile? It would be in the rest of the house including hallway, living room, and kitchen. I have heard tile floors are great, yet hard to clean, and hurt people‘s legs. - Like the guy above suggested, if it was my house I would stay away from the laminate.Laminate wears quickly and can look bad fast.If your money is a little funny that may be the best way to go but if you have it I would recommend the carpet in the bedrooms tile in the baths and Hardwood in the rest of the areas.Hardwood or tile could work in the kitchen.Laminate flooring is not a good investment in the house but tile and hardwood are. I install for a living and that is the route I would go.
- Q: I recently removed some old tile in my kitchen that was bound to the floor with adhesive. I‘d like to either remove the adhesive or make that area of the floor level in order to place some stick tile.What is the best solution for this? Do I need a sealant? Should I chip up the old adhesive and then seal the floor?Thanks!
- If you are going to install any type of self stick or glue down tile the floor has to be completely smooth underneath. If not you will see ridges and grooves all over the floor. Go to your local lumber yard or tile store and get adhesive remover to remove the old glue. Then you are going to want to fill in any cracks, seams or low spots in the sub floor with 'crack fill' and sand the repairs smooth. Then seal the sub floor with a primer made for the type of tile you are going to put down and install the tile according to the manufacturers recommendations. Good Luck.
- Q: we are constructing apartment....got a question about tile work..which is better, is it better to leave some gaps between tiles and is it better layout tiles with no gaps between them...the builder is suggesting the first option above...i prefer the second option...because with the first option, i feel there are chances of dirt getting clogged as time passess by...please advise
- Use glased tiles.There will be no gap.
