- they Plug into a molex connetion on your PSU(power unit) its the samething that connects to your CD-rom and Hard drives but be forewarned the 3850 needs a 500watt PSU to run right or you will burn it out

- Q: Ok so I was doing something stupid just now. Cuttiing a power cable that connects to the tv. Halfway through to cutting it, the wire explodes and hit my face o,o. So quickly, I turn all of the switches off and run to wash my face. I just wanted to know whether it's ok to turn all the switched back on cus I'm literally in the dark right now. - Everything will be fine to turn the switches back on, but you must unplug the cord you were cutting first. If not, you'll hear another loud pop as the breaker switches off. Unplug the cord, then turn the switches back on. Before you plug the tv in, check the cord going to it for burn or charring. If you do not see any, then stand to the side of the tv away from the screen and back, and then plug it in. Be careful. Unplug the cut cord first!!!

- Yes I'm sure this would work. Just solder the red and black wires to an other usb cable and leave the other 2 data ones going into the computer. Plug the power usb cable into your adaptor and It should work. The device is still getting the 5volts it needs so I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
- Q: I have a MSI K7 Motherboard... it has a SATA power cable but no data cable. Which kind of confuses me. Please help. Thanks =)
- A word of advice ... if you plan to install Windows on this new drive you will need to prepare a driver disk for the SATA adapter. During the first stages of Windows install it will ask you to press F6 to install any third party drivers for RAID or SCSI .... without it Windows may not detect the adapter hence the SATA drive. regards, Philip T
