- The only thing that would remove old tea stains from fabric would be bleach. A thorough scrubbing with a detergent and bleach would be the solution, if the fabric is able to be bleached without ruining it. I fail to see the reason your boyfriend can't be around the sofa, unless he is allergic to stains??
- Q: A friend of mine has a leather sofa that he has told me he would let me borrow for my apartment. The down side is that the couch was peed on repeatedly by a cat. I don't think that the urine was properly cleaned and has been in storage for years. Is there anyway to clean the leather after so much neglect?
- Cleaning the leather is one issue. The other issue is if the urine soaked thru the leather into the stuffing of the sofa, that will have to be cleaned as well. The only thing that works on animal urine is an enzyme cleaner, such as Nature's Miracle. If the urine is only on the cushions, it would be easy to change the padding. Good luck!

- well, you should probably let kitty sleep where ever she wants, she'll feel safer and more comfortable, but if you really want her to sleep in her bed or on the sofa, encourage her onto the sofa/bed, and when she goes to sleep on your bed pick her up and put her in her bed/sofa.

- Leo, why in the world would you want to paint a leather sofa. Of course if you paint it, you will ruin it. I would suggest a slipcover for your sofa. There are variety of colors to choose from and its easy to put on. Good luck!
- Q: The living room set I like does not come with a recliner or chair, and I'd really like at least 6 seats. I'm either thinking about 2 loveseats and a sofa or 2 sofas and a loveseat. - As long a the love seats are esthetically correct I think it would be fine. I've got a Rattan sectional that took care of the same problem. It came with 7 pieces, 1 corner (6'), 2 ends (one 4' section and 1 5' section), 2 armless sections (3' ea.) and a hassock with casters. which I topped with a piece of 3/8 safety glass and use for a coffee table. It has many, many arrangements to fit almost any type of space. I hope this helps. (it also sits considerably more that six people and can be shoved together like a giant playpen for ??!! :O] )
