- Try the Homesgood store, marshalls, tjmaxx they always have great stuff at a super great price. Also the store will be putting out their spring and summer items in the next coming weeks so you should have lots to choose form. Also try walmart, I dont know how you feel about thirft store but they are always a great place to find awesome items at a super great price.

- Its a hospitality chair. In other words it is used in restaurants, bars, hotels, etc. There are thousands of styles made and they are constantly having new models introduced and old ones dropped. It was probably made and sold in large quantities by companies like GAR, Grand Rapids Chair, Sandler, MTS seating or other to-the-trade companies for interior designers. By the look of it I would guess it was made in the 80's You may have a hard time finding the exact same thing. Your best bet would be to check out places that resell restaurant equipment and furniture.

- To find age, check each wood veneer, some models have a manufactured date stamped. If wood veneer is made of Rosewood, then it is definitely made before 1981. Other than that, its hard to find exact date of creation. the best is to ask Herman Miller. To find authenticity, check the bottom of chair and ottoman. If it is an original Herman Miller lounge chair, it should have a metal circle plate with H logo at the center with 'Designed by Charles Eames' around it. It also should have a patent sticker. Some of later models have a black rectangle shape sticker says 'herman miller'. The current model have a silver sticker with 'herman miller' on it.

- Why would you sue? Couldn't the mom nicely explain what happened and simply ask them to pay the bills? Only if they refuse to pay what they legally owe can mom sue. - Color can be incorporated easily if you add a slight variation to the game . Color all the chairs in some way and make one or two chairs black . If a student is left without a chair or sits in a black chair they are automatically out . The only way they would not be out is if they sit in a black chair and yell Pardon Please before they sit .
