Q: Describe your chair.: It's big, black and chrome. you can wheel it around with your hands. Has levers you push forward to keep the wheels from turning. has 2 leg/foot rests on it. My chair even has removable arms with a push of a button will lift it off. It also has 2 handles on the back rests so someone can push you around.

And with lots of people in there, the chairs will fade into the background, plus people will be draping jackets and things on them anyway. I think you should skip the chair covers and save some money to spend on other things that will be more noticeable.

Q: i have this desk chair that i sit in a good bit while on the computer and it has a cushioned seat like most do, but i've sat in it so much that there is a depression where i sit all the time and it feels like i'm sitting on wood instead of an actual chair. is there anyway to get the cushion back in the chair?: The only thing to do is to remove the seat, loosen the staples and remove them, and replace the padding. I would first check and see how long you have had this chair; if it's less than a year, there may be a warranty on it. If not, ask an upholsterer to do this for you. He'll probably charge you $20-40 depending on where you live.

Q: Can an elderly disabled person use an evacuation chair to routinely enter a home with a lot of stairs (opposite of evacuation!) using an evacuation chair instead of a wheelchair ramp? Q: How do you clean dirt and wax off a 150 year old wood rocking chair?: why would you want to do that? anything over 100 years is an antique and to clean it like you want to would ruin it and ruin it's value. That chair has lots of memories as well so you should be able to accept that. If that chair didn't come to you from family then there are wood cleaners, but I certainly would never take the varnish off of it and if you try to take any wax buildup off of it you will also remove the varnish and then will have to have all of it removed to have it restained and recovered (with plastic or varnish). So I'd say leave it alone. I know because I've always thought things had to be clean and sparkling clean and ruined everything I had.
