Q: I just received my new office chair and it has adjustable lumbar support. How do I determine the appropriate placement for my body?: The purpose of a lumbar support on an office chair is to maintain the natural curvature of your back known as Lordosis. When properly set it should be adjusted to support the lower part of your back in the area roughly between your waistline and the rear of the bottom of your ribs. When it's correctly positioned it prevents the lower part of your back from straightening or curving outwards, try to sit back in your seat to make sure it makes good contact with this part of your back.

Q: I have a microfiber chair that is looking a little dingy, what is the best way to clean it? Is there a good product? Any advice??: I had a Microfiber chair. I also have a black lab. When she was a puppy, she would vomit, pee, and do almost every imaginable nasty thing to that chair that you can imagine. Here is how i cleaned it when needed... 1. I have a bissell carpet cleaner with hose attachments. I filled the resevoir with HOT water. I filled the cleaner tank with... lysol cleaner with fabreeze. I first sprayed the chair with the cleaner out of a spray bottle so that the cleaner could work its magic for 15 minutes before i turned on the bissell. After presoaking with the cleaner, i turned on the bissell and sprayed it with hot water. i waited for a few minutes, 5 at most, and then began to spray and suction repeatedly all over the chair. This worked awesome and did not discolor or bleach the fabric. It also left the fabric smelling very very nice, since it had febreeze in it. After i cleaned it, i sprayed the chair with 3M SCOTCH GUARD in order to prevent later stains. Now my puppy is fully grown and doesn't do nasty things to the furniture. Good Luck. -Luis Pernia

Q: we are expecting twin babies in the next few months..and I am looking around for high chairs or one that will have the same function. first can someone tell me what the difference is between a Booster Seat and a Space Saver High Chairmore specifically these two items: I have the Space Saver. I also have a booster seat much like the one you are looking at. Herein is the difference: The Space Saver is EXACTLY like a full-sized high-chair, except, since it straps onto a chair, it leaves less of a footprint at your table. Great for people like us who have a tiny dining room. I love that this chair has all the features of one of the huge high chairs. The padding is really cushy and comfy, and hella easy to clean. It does have a multi-position infant recline feature, but to be honest, you really aren't going to use that much. The only time I used it was when my daughter was *really* little and I was doing dishes or making meals. I'd put her in her high chair, recline it back, and she'd fall asleep while watching me. The Space Saver also converts into a toddler booster seat. Really though, my daughter is 1.5 years old and we still use it as a high chair. The booster seat you're looking at is great for when they're a bit older and can sit up on their own for long periods of time. Pretty uncomfortable bit of plastic to sit on,though, but really nice to quickly pack up and travel with. (the Space Saver is travelable, but isn't as quick to pack up). Personally, I've used all 3 things you're looking at, and own the two strap-on seats. Out of all of them, I adore the Space Saver. It's the tops. You definitely get your money's worth, and then some.

Q: Our puppy likes to take a few pieces of food from the kitchen and carry them over to the chairs by the kitchen table, sit down, and eat under there! What's going on? My wife thinks it's a sign of a problem...: They might be scared or probably lack of trust. What you could is encourage them come from under there but at their own pace. Do it with alot of love and compassion. It might even be their favorite place to eat.
