The Column Head Mould-7 has the function of fireproof, mildew & worm resistant, moisture proof, sound & heat insulated.
We select the A-class gypsum powder (mineral purity =93-95%, crystal water T =18%, edible) whose main ingredient is the calcium sulfate hemi hydrate (CaSO4.1/2 H2O). The special powder contains no chemical materials with high whiteness & purity.

- Frank is correct - more or less. Concrete varies according to its use. The mix you quote is a standard mix used for structural work in housing. It is 1 part by volume of dry Portland cement, 1 part by volume of dry soft sand, 4 parts of aggregate (broken hardcore, gravel, quarry scalpings, shingle, road metal, broken stone or other special material) correctly graded. Mix dry and add water to make a mix which will stay in soft shapes - not runny and not stiff. It should settle into place without the liquid coming to the top. Use immediately. There are all sorts of additives for rapid hardening, waterproofing and so on.

- Cement sets due to slow chemical reactions that occur naturally. Your proposal will not help at all, but would make it bubble and be weak. Just protect the wet cement as builders do eg tilted planks on bricks covered with hardboard or plastic sheeting, corrugated steel or similar
