Introduction of Column Head Mould-7:

The Column Head Mould-7 has the function of fireproof, mildew & worm resistant, moisture proof, sound & heat insulated.

We select the A-class gypsum powder (mineral purity =93-95%, crystal water T =18%, edible) whose main ingredient is the calcium sulfate hemi hydrate (CaSO4.1/2 H2O). The special powder contains no chemical materials with high whiteness & purity.

Q: i want to put some cement in my backyard for a basketball court, is it really expensive, and about how much is it per ft.?: It really depends on the depth of the cement. If you have want it just to play basketball the 3 inches would be perfect, howver if there are harsh weather conditions where you live then you might want to make it 4 inches. It can be expensive depending on if you are going to do it yourself or if you are going to pay some one to do it. ALso if you are going to order the cement from the company or if you are going to mix it yourself. If you pay someone it will cost you about $1500 (3 inches high for 6 yards( price may vary according to your state), it might be as high as $3000 (4 inches in depth (from dirt-surface of cement)). If you do it yourself but you order the mix from a company-->>$600-800 -- about $120 per yard(plus the labor (if you do it yourself you will still need at least 2 more people to help you since 6 yards is a lot.) If you buy the concrete mix bags from home depot you would need about 60-80 bags they are about $5 each. Then also if you intend to do it yourself you would need a lot of tools and buying them would be worse than paying someone to do it. If I were you I would just pay someone to do it 3 inches in depth. If you intend to put cars It must be at least 6 inches deep.

Q: i am plastering my new home...what is minimum water curing time for new cement based plaster: Minimum 15 days are necessary for curing the plaster. Morning evening time with sufficient water.

Q: I cant figure out what consistency to mix this cement at. I am pouring it for a shower but need to know how much water to add. I would REALLY like an exact calculation, like 20 parts cement to 1 part water for example. Anybody know? Thank you! Q: What kind of cement (and where can I get it $$$$) can I use to replace it without going back to the dentist?: You definantly need to go back to the dentist... there is no way around that one!?!?

Q: I got a chunk of cement hardened in my toilet.I got the toilet fix 2 days ago, I think the workers accidentally drop some of the stuff into it.: Sorry to tell you, cement doesn't dissolve. Someone's going to have to get in there with a hammer and chisel, which will probably break the toilet as well as the concrete. Call the guys who were there and did this to you, and have them remedy the situation.

Q: Need to remove cement like glue from painted metal. Any house hold items i can use or do i have to buy a glue remover. i.e. rubbing alcohol , cleaners ect. Thanks: Go to your local paint store and get a solvent based thinner, apply to area and wipe off. Should work but if cement based glue has dried rock hard you will probably need to use an angle grinder to remove it.

Q: How to lay cement blocks?: Remove 4-6 inches of soil/sod, lay geotech fabric, compact 4-6 inches of D-1 gravel in 2 inch lifts, grade to drain away from structures, screed 1 inch of sand or stone dust and lay blocks on sand. Tap with rubber mallet then sweep sand into the cracks.
