AR Glassfiber Spray Roving-Zirconia 16.5% :

AR glassfiber spray roving is used for spary up or mechanical continuous formed GRC, such as formwork roof board, decoration panel, garden feature. It has widely used in tunnel, mine shaft, protect slop, spray-up roving for reinforcement surface and tip of wall. The High Quality Ar Glassfiber Spray Roving is a multi-end product and uses a special sizing. One strand of roving consists 24 bunches of strands, of which each bunch made up by 200 filaments. Roving(ZrO2≥14.5%) and Roving(ZrO2≥16.5%).

Q: how many cubic feet does 1 bag of cement make?? its a 80 lb bag...In your thoughts or in your experience.....thanks!!
The actual cement required for concrete is affected by the choice of the maximum coarse aggregate size. As the maximum coarse aggregate size is decreased the cement content must increase to provide the required quantity of cement paste to coat all of the aggregate particles. Assume that the proportions will be made based on one part being a cubic foot (this is convenient since a 94 lb. bag of cement is 1 cubic foot of bulk material). For a 3/4 maximum coarse aggregate, the mixture would be 1 part portland cement, 2 1/2 parts sand, 2 1/2 parts coarse aggregate, and 1/2 part water. The sum of the parts is 6 ?. In general the final volume of concrete produced will be approximately 2/3 of the sum of all the volumes included in the mixture. Therefore the approximate volume of this concrete mixture is 4.3 cubic feet. If you adjust the above mixture based on a 80 lb. bag of cement, then you will produce 3.7 cu. ft. per bag approximately. If you are talking about an 80 lb. bag of ready mix (sand garvel are already mixed in the bag), then it would be 0.60 cu.ft. per bag.
Q: and it was lumpy can i still use it or will the lumps interfer with the leveling process, ( and how liquidy should i make it) i experimented with a little amount and it just didn't look right so i threw it out.. it's the firt time i'm using a self leveling product
On self leveling cement, make the mix super liquid at first and then use a power drill and a paint mixer mixing it very thoroughly and completely, Then add a bit more of the dry cement to the liquidy mix until you get a consistency of about a thin tooth paste. The key here is to make it liquidy, then thicken it back by adding more dry cement powder until you get it just right. Now before you go applying this to an existing concrete surface, take brush and wet down that concrete with water. Get it good and wet but not puddled on there. Wait 10 minutes or so for the old concrete to absorb the water. Then take and pour that above mix onto there and start leveling with a flat piece of aluminum or a flat boards edge.
Q: tomorow we have an activity onquot;how to mix concretequot;in the mix is: cement, sand, gravel and water..we need to know the ratio of this 4 factorsbecause the usual mix that we know isone bag of cement is to 2 cubic foot of sand and gravel...but the question is if wer going to use only 15% of cementwats the ratio with regards to gravel and sand and water
Hello Claire,, If you mix a cup or a truck load the ratios are the same. For a 3500 psi compressive load its 1 cement to 2 sand 2gravel....Now to be more accurate ,,If you calculate the cubic feet in a cubic yard there is 27 or 3^3...Now when the ASTM set up the Std ratio they based it on cubic feet. A 94lb bag of portland cement is one cubic foot in volume. It has been determined that a 5 sack per cubic yard mix yields 3000 psi compressive strength. A six sack mix yields a 3500lb compressive strength. so actually for 3000 the ratio is 5:27 and 6:27 for 3500 psi.. so for the 3500psi that's 1 cement to 2 1/4 sand and 2 1/4 gravel. When mixing in small batches. LIke your going to do just use a shovel put in 1 shovel of cement 2 sand and 2 gravel. For masonry mortar there are different amounts and materials . A cubic foot is approx equal to 7 shovels full..15% of the bag will take about 2 shovel fulls..A shovel full is subject to the capacity of the person with the shovel..Any way good luck and have fun..from the E
Q: What's the difference between concrete, asphalt, and cement?
Concrete. Period.
Q: I have a cement porch upstairs. There are cracks in it, and they are leaking water into the unit downstairs ceiling. What can I use to waterproof seal the cracks. It's snowing like heck now too. So please let me know if the stuff can be applied now.
If cracks are simple, try bubble gum
Q: Question such as the title, the building which area also used in which aspects of the material? Questions added: What should I pay attention to buying these materials? How can we make money in it? More
Place is not the same, very different, especially the piece of this piece of wood, sand stone prices worse
Q: We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We removed the old linoleum floors and there are wood planks that run north to south. Currently, this layer is flush with our living room wood floors. From the basement, you can see that there are boards that run west to east where the kitchen is.My question is, if I remove the wood planks that run north to south, can I put down a layer of cement board and just start tiling over the west to east boards? Will the weight be a structural issue? I would leave the north to south boards, but I'm worried about a tripping hazard being presented when I put down cement board, grout, and 1/2quot; tile (would probably be 1quot; all together). Trying to stay away from ramps, also. Thanks.
Are you saying there's 2 layers of boards on top of the floor joists? If yes then removing the top layer would be the way to go if the bottom sub-floor layer is strong enough to not be springy under concentrated loads or if you can beef it up by installing bridging underneath between the joists. If the sub-floor is the only layer then you'd not want to remove that since the structural integrity of the house would be affected and the cement board wouldn't be properly supported.
Q: I was putting together a process book for one of my classes and was gluing some work, using rubber cement, to paper and slipping it in plastic sleeves. A little while later I noticed that a lot of the plastic sleeves where warped where the rubber cement was. The plastic sleeves and rubber cement never made contact but it was warped where it was on the back of the paper. Does this normally happen? And if it does, is there a certain amount of time I should wait until I put the slips of paper into the plastic sleeves so it doesn't warp?
The answer is YES, it will warp plastic.
Q: cement?a. 150 poundsb. 100 pounds c. 50 poundsd. 112.5 pounds
Cement is 3 parts. Divide 75 by 3. And sand is 2 parts. So multiply the resultant by 2 75*2/3=50 pounds c is the right answer
Q: I'm make a collage on my notebook, and I'm wondering if I can use rubber cement, bc i don't have glue and i only have a rubber cement bottle. Also, any ideas for me to glue on there? And the sad thing is is that i only have a Seventeen Magazine, and i need inspiration? :)
