- Q: Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!

- Q: how long should i press my flowers for? until they are fully dry? and after that i was thinking about laminating them and saving them... would that be a good idea? cus i dont want it to rot inside the lamination...
- i wouldnt laminate. it could damage the delicate flower. press them (firmly) until completely dry. could take a couple weeks or a couple months, it all depends on what it is and how you are doing it. just make sure you dont disturb it till its finished. leaving it to be pressed to long is much better than not long enough.
- Q: I am looking for better heat press with teflon coated. I don't like teflon sheet cus I usually forget to place it when I began to press. I want to know how much a teflon coated heat press costs? What's the regular price? And would this one cost too much?

- boy is that a can of worms. it is my theory that there should be no special protection for journalists, because that implies a condition that must be met before someone is entitled to their first amendment right. free speech is something we are all entitled to... the phrase free press doesn't imply a free press corps but the ability to publish your words. you should not need to rely on a corporate protection when disseminating truth. but these are battles that must be fought still, the law does not answer the questions you've asked clearly. judith miller did something peculiar when she went to jail to protect a source who came forward himself... she claimed she was protecting a source, but if he came forward he obviously wasn't feeling threatened. i hope she was being truthful, but all i have is her word. that's all we've ever got. make sure you use yours for something worthwhile, because i honestly have no idea how protected we are. especially when you say prior restraint... are you planning on copying something? libel?

Plenty of other organizations can. Schools, TV networks, libraries, corporations do it all the time. But that's allowed. 2. Make sure that it isn't abused, thus tempting restrictions. 3. An editor has a responsibility to make sure that a story is true in its details, not libelous, doesn't incite riots, isn't on a malicious vendetta against people, and doesn't deliberately expose the subject to danger. 4. Me. I should be the only censor of what I read or watch. But then I'm an adult with a pretty good sense of skepticism.

- With the Dumbbells you utilize more muscles trying to balance the weight during the rep. also you will even out any differences in strength between left and right. Barbell is more for mass because you can typically lift more weight due to the fact that a barbell is more stable....similiar to the way bench pressing with barbell vs Dumbbell. Alternate between the two every so often.
- Q: Yesterday I got a travel mug from Starbucks that's a french press. Its my first time ever even seeing a french press so I'm a little confused I guess. - So far I use it like an actual press and not a mug. Thus, I make the coffee and pour it on another cup when it's done. So far so good. Some people have complained about a plastic taste to their coffee if you leave the coffee in there too long (since the press has plastic parts). I've had no problems so far.
- Q: I need some tips on how to do a straddle press to handstand........i can't even lift my legs off the ground to get them in the splits in the air....so are there any good work outs to help me get stronger in the areas of muscles that I will use for this trick?!!?
