- Q: Bought 60 Inch Full HD LED LCD Smart 3D TV by Sony while stationed in Germany. it came with a european a/c socket attached, so currently searching for an American socket replacement however I can't seem to find one with the same specs! Model is KDL60W850B

- I'm not quite sure how your trying to attach it to the battery, but you should be able to take the ring and slide it over the the little bolt that is on your terminal. After that just tighten the nut over it. If this isn't working you may want to invest in a aftermarket terminal. They're pretty cheap and depending on the one you get you should be able to hook it up with the ring on the end or strip it and connect it using whatever method the instructions say.

- Thats nothing new..Molex connectors often stick do not try to pull it out by the wires! grab it by the sides of the connector and wiggle it back and forth (side to side) it will come out eventually!

- typically taking power from the battery drains it so i think im may affect you alternator (in the long run only if you'll be sub'nhard) why do double the work (and add a fuse) spilt the orignal power cable at one end (amp side) less drag on your battery wanting power

- 3.5 drives need a power supply, the motor that drives the platters is 12 volt and the USB only supplies 5volt

- Sure you can, as long as it doesn't any above normal resistance mating up. Only problem I foresee is if a pc power cable is heavy enough to handle the load.

- Unless you are using a laptop, you are a few feet away from one. Look behind your pc. There it is! That's right, the ps3 uses the exact same kind of power cable as desktop pc's. You might have an extra one laying around somewhere. My ps3 originally shipped with an ungrounded power cable, and I had to replace it with a pc cable. Use the grounded power cables pc's always have.
