1.The drawn cup needle roller bearings are needle roller bearings with the deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring with either an open end or closed end.

2. The bearings are characterized by a very low sectional height and high load carrying capacity

3. The bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore can not be used as a raceway for a needle roller and cage assembly but where a very compact and ecnomical bearing arrangement is required.

4. Typically, drawn cup needle roller bearings have a single row of rollers. However, wide sizes incorporate two needle roller and cage assemblies immediately asjacent to each other with a lubrication hole in the outer ring.

Product Applications:

Needle roller bearings are mainly used in car engines, transmissions, compressors, cranes, etc.

Q: I called sports authority to ask for a freewheel/cassette socket and some guy I talked with told me that the bearings are very hard to get to and to not even bother trying to clean and re-grease them. I told him that I have rode hundreds of miles and hear a slight squeak with my back tire so I think I should re-grease it. Also sometimes I get rained on.I don't really buy what he is saying judging from what seems to be common sense and also vids/stuff I have read. Thanks for any info
a squeak could be 25 different things those bearings are not it and it isn;t your ''tire'' wle
Q: i saw some that said speed demons, abec 7 and some that just said ABEC 7 which ones are faster?
speed demons are faster more oiled...abec 7 bearings are standard..both are cheap tho, id try to get somethign faster like bone swiss
Q: I have basic car knowledge and I do my breaks every time they need to be done but I have never done the Bearings. Does anyone know how much they would cost to do the fronts and the time frame to do it. Also how easy is it to do?
it relies upon on witch one. front or rear. front come aside with a particular socket takes under half-hour to alter. the bearing race will probably provide the main hassle. Use a race puller and u would desire to b ok. The rear is a little extra complicated. The axle would desire to be remover from the rear end via removing the inspection cover on the rear pumpkin. Takes approximately an hour.
Q: i want something thatl go fast
I'll cover some basics with you about advanced longboarding. I'll first start by talking about trucks and bushings, then I'll move on to bearings. Longboarding can be divided into two sub-categories, that is downhill riding and free riding. Now each type of riding has different sets of parts which differ from each other to provide maximum performance for the style of riding. Downhill boards are usually at top performance with trucks that have a 42 degree base plate. You will sacrifice the maneuverability and carving ability of trucks with 50 degree base plates to sturdiness if you get 42's. However, you will be able to handle speed much better on 42's and the risk of 'speed-wobbles' will go down. Bushings are pretty difficult to choose. With all different hardnesses and shapes, it's hard to recommend anything that you will be satisfied with. Bearings are simple. Any bearings are basically the same but MAKE SURE you get completely sealed bearings. Ceramic bearings are pricey but supposedly improve performance. I recommend you look into Randall or Paris for trucks (180mm standard), Khiro for bushings (unnecessary), and Bones for bearings.
Q: Both the same size rimes both bmx. But one rims bearing don't work good anymore. How can i put in new ones?
bike shop it may be that the hub is worn out or there is just dirt or it isn;t adjusted right wle
Q: i have rush abec 3 bearings, and i cant DROP IN on the mini ramp, i have to push in the middle because if i drop in my board will go over the coping, im wondering what bearings are good to go fast enough but slow enough to where i can control it when i drop in
Don't get slow bearings, just work around the miniramp problem. Either rock over the coping to get rid of that momentum, or pivot turn on your way down. By the way, fast bearings=good bearings=less replacements=more $$ Either find a way to lose momentum or find a bigger ramp
Q: i have bones reds bearings and i dont know if there abec 5 or abec 7 tell me what you think?
bones makes many types of bearings. Some are ABEC rated and the better ones are not. The ABEC rating is for vibration in high speed machines that run at speeds similar to skating over 200 mph. They are not the best design for skating but companies make a lot of them for other reasons and it is cheaper to get them than a design that is custom made. Bones, Twin Cam, Zero Drag, and some other companies have custom designs for their better bearings.
Q: i was just wondering which skateboard bearings where better. i have been skating ghetto bearings for about 4 years now and i think its about time for me to step it up. this is a question for the pros, which bearings are better Swiss Bones Labyrinth's, Swiss Bones Super Swiss 6, or the original Bones Swiss bearings? And is the difference between them big?
YES!!! they are way better then reds. but me personally i dont like spending that much for bearings so i stick with reds cuz they last long and are just as good
Q: Im getting a new long board and deciding to buy everything separately. I want to get some really good stuff cause its for my Bday and I want it to last a longtime. So what are some goodlong boardd wheels, bearings, trucks, and decks if I want to go fast? and what durometer for the wheels? I was thinking about getting abec 11 gumballs like 81A. Bones swiss or redz bearings. Are these any good for speed?

Q: There are loose ball bearings in the freewheel part of a mountain bike. Does anyone know how many go in there? I disassembled 2 mountain bikes to make an electric bike. Now i am putting one back together and i have 2 sets but i lost some from each set and it leaves me with no clue. These are the bearing underneath the shimano freewheel locking nut... the bearing are loose under there. Thank you!
