The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.

- Weigh three ball bearings against another three ball bearings. If one side goes down then you know the heavy one is one of those three. If the scale balances then it is one of the ones you didn't weigh. Weight two of the three containing the heavy ball against each other. If one side goes down then it is the heavy one. - Reds ARE Bones, n00b. However, giving you the benefit of the doubt, I'll assume you meant, Are Reds better than Bones Swiss? The answer to that question is, No. Not even close. While Reds are probably the best CHEAP bearings you can buy, Bones Swiss (in pretty much any flavor or variety) are simply the BEST bearings you can buy for skateboarding. Period.
- Q: This makes no sense to me...you put a little grease into a bearing cap, the bearings are looser, and they run better. Heat down.So you put in a lot of grease they should be too loose or run too slick. But that's not what happens in real life. Instead, they overheat. Why on Earth would they overheat? It's not like they are lacking needed air to cool down. Can anyone explain?
- Bearing manufacturer's recommend 25%-33% fill for the voids in radial ball bearings. They cite shear, and churning as sources of volitalization of the grease which leads to loss of the lightest fractions; and reduction of lubricity. See the source below:

- The bearings allows the rotor to spin freely , without them it would be metal to metal . That would really slow your down and cost alot more to run.

- Do not use any of that stuff like wd-40. Buy some bones bearings cleaning unit. All the other stuff will make your beaings worse.

- Yes it will make them go faster and longer provided you don't let them rust again and grease the once in a wile. Bone Red Swiss are good but generally all Bone Reds are good.
