- Hi There, Both ports need to be connected for power for the card and if that is the case then two feeds from the power supply would need to be used. This would be because one power feed with the Y connector probably would have too much load on the one single feed and it would overheat and could cause a big problem. To be absolutely sure you should refer to the instruction manual for exactly what is needed. If still unsure a call to the manufacturer should sort things out. By the way this video card requires a 450 watt (or larger) power supply to operate properly. I would buy a proper power supply for this powerfull video card. This card needs 400 watts if overclocked so I would go for a power supply of about 600 watts (or larger) with feeds for each power adapter for the video card. Hope this helps, Al

- Q: Okay after installing Deus Ex on a brand new PS3 slim I pressed the start button and when the screen went black the console hanged, I couldn't even press the PS button, at the suggestion of a friend I yanked the power cable. Now it works fine but I'm wary of putting Deus Ex back in, I doubt that its regioning since there's no such thing. Any ideas and troubleshooting solutions?BTW what are the consequences to yanking the power cable.
- I don't think its the game cause I mine hangs to and I don't even have Deus Ex. pulling the Power cord ain't really a good idea it can lead to some issues

- Controllers, yes, you just need a special adapter. Power cable, absolutely not, since the PS3 Fat uses a 3-prong power cable like what computers use and the PS2 uses a completely different kind with only 2.

- thats not a sata cable, thats a motherboard 4 pin power connection, you cant replace it, you need to buy a new PSU. Edit_ just google 4 pin motherboard power cable Edit_ i think i know what you mean now. you have a moduler PSU, were you can take off the cables? and put them on if you want more? just google Modular Sata power cable, or something like that. you'll probably have to ask the manufacturer for these if it is though, because there hard to find. the only other thing that you could use (and that i could think of) is a Molex to sata (molex is the square 4 pin one)
- Q: a few of the amp power cables in the recording studio got mixed around, and I'm not sure which is mine. My amp is a Fender Mustang III, (100-120V, 50/60 Hz, 310W) and I'm wondering if there is a specific power cable that I CANNOT use for the amp, like one that fits into the plug in the back but has too much voltage, and so on.
- The power cable for that amp should just be a piece of wire...nothing else. The voltage is determined by what you're plugging it in to. Any standard IEC C14 power cable will work for you. Good luck. Greetings from Austin, TX Ken

- Q: I have a Netgear router and just now when I tried to plug the power cable back into the back of it, it would fit. I look more closely and it seems that the metal end of the power cable may be slightly bent. But I'm still confused because it's bent at the end of the metal, and even though the very tip of it isn't bent, that part still won't even slide into place a little. Could anyone help me in resolving this issue?
- If it is the correct adapter for the router and it fitted before, gently force it and it will comfortably fit eventually. There is probably a reason it doesn't fit now (it has been pulled out with some force) so I would suggest getting a new power adapter for it if the above does not work
