1. For Glazed Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: I am installing commercial tile and I have no idea what tool is used to cut this kind of tile, it easily breaks if its bent too hard. I need to cut curved areas on this tile and I have no idea what too to use. Please help! ;)
- With all due respect, and a bunch of years in this; I WOULDN'T One thing I notice however; is that you don't state an intent for the tiles; or a reason to implant hooks. That might help us in answering. EXAMPLE: A shower stall tile addition. A dremel might be as decent as a concrete bit; but a tedious task in any case. Tile is essentially GLASS. - Most ceiling tiles have a tounge groove so each tile fits into another. When you are piecing in tiles it's impossible to get the tounges in the grooves without breaking them. I would suggest, cutting off the tounges with a razor knife and install with Liquid nails or some other construction adhesive. To keep the tiles in place while the glue is drying, cut a 2X4 long enough and put it under the tile while the glue sets up. You might want to put a towell between the tile and the 2X4 to keep from damaging the tile. For the 1/2 tile, score the backside of a tile with a razor knife then break it in half.
- Q: If you were going to tile an entire room would you start from the walls or floor? The room is only small 12m walls 4m floor is a basic toilet basin. There are no border tiles no fllor to wall tiles.

- Q: I have a small round accent table with formica top. I‘d like to try my hand at mosaic tiling on the top. Is it possible to do this over the formica, or do I have to remove it. If so, what do I use to prep the formica before tiling. p.s. I‘ve never tiled anything before. Using this as a learning project.Thanks for any suggestions, tips.

- Q: My tile is ugly mint green. nothing matches.I would like to know if I can paint this without it looking tacky.
- You should probably go to a tile specialty store and ask them what is available. My guess would be that if something does exist it is not going to look very good. Fiberglass kits are made that can be bonded to the old tile and provide a new surface of a shower stall. These kits are not difficult to install, basically you clean the old tile and then glue the new panel over it. Check with you local home improvement store, they should have them. For a much better look I would suggest going to the home improvement store and taking their free tile classes. This would allow you to lay your own new tile. You will still need to remove the old tile first. Again the home improvement store is where they can tell you how to do this. It's going to be a major demolition requiring you to basically remove and replace your shower walls. This sounds like a lot of work doesn't it... it is but I've learned that doing something right is always better than doing it half way.

- No it is two completely different things. Vinyl tile is solid vinyl all the way through. Sheet vinyl is a composite of a vinyl wear layer and a base substrate, and many times even having a cushioning layer, so it is a little easier on your feet, sort of a mini anti-fatigue mat. In much the same way as formica has a top wear layer, and a (usually) brown substrate. Vinyl tile is much more durable than sheet goods, you will almost never see sheet goods in a commercial environment, also when damaged, tiles are easier to repair. A tile will gouge or scratch, where as sheet vinyl will tear when heavy appliances are dragged over it. The sheet goods DO give you some cushioning, this is because of the composite backing.
