Description:

Nonwoven Geotextile 600G/M2 Geotextile Pp Non-Woven Geotextile Bags Made In China is a special kind of nonwoven geotextile because of its special manufacture method by puncturing the rolling formed layer made of randomly oriented short staple fiber. Our raw material is the top class 100% new PP(Polyproplylene) or PET(Polyester) fiber. The needle punch process involves forcibly entangling layers of loose staple fibre into three dimensional structure by sequentially punching and pulling out barbed needles through the fiber matrix, and forms a strong fabric that retains its dimensional stability, expands the serving year to all the applied project. Because of its proven track record and versatility, Needle Punched, as the most commonly used Nonwoven Geotextile, is widely used in civil and environmental engineering applications like subsurface drainage, roadway separation, railroad stabilization, erosion control, hard armor underlayment, landfill leachate collection, underground retention/detention systems, environmental protection and other projects.

Q: Would like to know the product of the market
Geotextile short wire geotextile, filament geotextile, polypropylene geotextile, the weight of 100g ~ 1000g per square meter range, different prices of different prices in a dollar to nine yuan range, according to the type of raw materials and specifications
Q: How do geotextiles help with sediment control?
Geotextiles help with sediment control by acting as a barrier that prevents the transportation of sediment. They are used to stabilize soil and prevent erosion, allowing water to pass through while trapping sediment and silt. This helps in controlling sediment runoff, reducing soil erosion, and protecting water quality in various construction and environmental projects.
Q: How do geotextiles help in sediment control?
Geotextiles help in sediment control by acting as a barrier that traps sediment particles while allowing water to flow through. They prevent erosion by stabilizing the soil, and also help in filtration by retaining sediment and allowing clean water to pass.
Q: Geotextile in the asphalt layer under what role
Waterproof, isolated
Q: Differences between staple acupuncture nonwoven geotextile and filament spunbonded nonwoven geotextile
Appearance of different shapes: staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile in the appearance of the surface of the fiber is shorter, and filament spunbond acupuncture non-woven geotextile surface fiber longer. Different materials: staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile with PET polyester staple fiber acupuncture, and filament spunbond acupuncture non-woven geotextile made of polyester chips. Production equipment and different technology: staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile is the polyester staple fiber through the mixing - clutter - comb - shop - acupuncture, and filament spunbond acupuncture non-woven geotextile is the polyester Sliced hot melt - spinning - carding - shop - acupuncture. Implementation of different standards: staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile implementation of GB / T-2008 standards, and filament spunbond acupuncture non-woven geotextile implementation of GB / T-2008 standard. The same specifications of filament spunbonded acupuncture non-woven geotextile quality is better than staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile. Price: the same specifications of polyester staple acupuncture non-woven geotextile price is lower than filament spunbond acupuncture non-woven geotextile.
Q: Can geotextiles be used for reinforcement of earthen dams?
Yes, geotextiles can be used for reinforcement of earthen dams. Geotextiles are commonly used in civil engineering projects, including earthen dams, to provide reinforcement and stability to the soil. They offer various benefits such as improved soil strength, increased slope stability, and erosion control, making them a suitable option for reinforcing earthen dams.
Q: Can geotextiles be used in coastal erosion control?
Yes, geotextiles can be used in coastal erosion control. They are commonly used to stabilize slopes, reinforce soil, and protect shorelines from erosion caused by waves and currents. Geotextiles can help to reduce the impact of wave energy, trap sediment, and promote vegetation growth, ultimately helping to prevent coastal erosion.
Q: What is the role of geotextiles in soil reinforcement?
Geotextiles play a crucial role in soil reinforcement by providing strength and stability to the soil. They are used as a barrier or separator between different soil layers, preventing mixing and maintaining their individual characteristics. Geotextiles also help in distributing the load and reducing the potential for settlement or erosion. Additionally, they aid in filtration, allowing water to pass through while retaining soil particles, thus preventing clogging and maintaining the overall integrity of the soil structure.
Q: How do geotextiles contribute to land reclamation projects?
Geotextiles play a crucial role in land reclamation projects by providing soil stabilization, erosion control, and drainage solutions. They are used to separate and reinforce different soil layers, prevent soil erosion caused by water flow, and promote vegetation growth. Geotextiles effectively control sediment migration, improve soil quality, and enhance the overall stability and sustainability of reclaimed land areas.
Q: How do geotextiles contribute to the environmental sustainability of construction projects?
Geotextiles contribute to the environmental sustainability of construction projects by providing various benefits. They act as a barrier between the soil and construction materials, preventing erosion and sedimentation. This minimizes the release of pollutants into water bodies, thus protecting water quality. Geotextiles also help in stabilizing slopes and retaining walls, reducing the need for additional materials and resources. Moreover, they enhance soil drainage, reducing the risk of flooding and soil erosion. Overall, geotextiles promote sustainable construction practices by minimizing environmental impacts and preserving natural resources.
