- Q:If you buy a data cable for your cell phone to downloadd wallpaper and ring tones, do you have to get something else to download first before you can use it? I have been reading some sites and some say you have to have some other form of software before it will work? Also does it cost to download addtional things like wallpaper and ringtones using the data cable?

- the term dead tower whats dead on it? i see someone already told you that you could do the encloser with a usb. i would just take out the hard drives set them to slave ( look at HD for correct pin placement) and open my working computer and temporary hook them up and pull the data off. warning i want you to be sure that the dead tower is not dead due to a virus! if this is why it is dead then hooking up to you working computer is a bad idea. since you did not say why its dead it dose concern me a tad.

- Under perfect conditions an ethernet cable is rated for 100 meters. I have never had one go that far because of noise. The longest with out any problems is really on 30 meters or about 100 feet. Standard cat5e will give good results at this distance. Beyond that may need to go to shielded wiring.

- It doesn't actually matter which folder you put it in. :) I made a new folder called media and put all my music in there but i guess you can if you want put it into DCIM, that folder is where all the pictures you take go.

- When you install Nokia PC Suite you have Nokia Connection Manager installed as part of the package. If would be running in the system tray and/or you can access it from StartPrograms. Open that and select the connection as Cable USB. When you connect the USB Cable to the computer does the computer show new device connected and installs the drivers.
