galvanized wire/binding wire/electro &hot dip galvanized steel wire

Galvanized iron wire: Hot-dip galvanized iron wire, Electro galvanized iron wire                                                                                  (in big coil small coil/roll)

Features:

1. Excellent flexibility and softness

2. Suitable usage: Net making, winding, baling, hanging and so on

1)Hot-dip galvanized iron wire

Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is made with choice low carbon steel wire, through wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling. It’s mainly used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.

Size range: BWG 8-BWG 22

Zinc coat: 30-280g/m2

Tensile strength: 350-550N/mm2

Elongation: 10%

Packing: 1-1000kgs/coil, coil with plastic cloth inside and hessian outside or weave outside

2)Electro galvanized iron wire

Electro galvanized iron wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc. It’s mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.

Size range: BWG 8-BWG 22, we can also offer BWG 8-BWG 28

Zinc coat: 10-25g/m2

Tensile strength: 350-550N/mm2

Elongation: 10%

Packing: 1-1000kgs/coil, coil with plastic film inside and hessian cloth outside or weave cloth outside

Quantity in one 20ft container:25 tons generally(different sea company, different weight limited)

Production time for 25 tons:within 5 days

Welcome to our factory

And we have 0.13mm and 0.2mm galvanized wire for making scourer.

Q: So ground wire, start anywhere i suppose?Where does ground wire hook up too?why you need to ground out your system?Only need 1 ground wire?
The ground wire in an automobile accessory installation is to make the complete circuit for the electricity to follow. Some things on cars use the frame and metal panels for grounding, but for an amp and some radios you probably should not. The battery is grounded to the frame and to the engine.
Q: awg is an american stander to manufacturing electrical wires
AWG has about 44 different size wires. Do you mean #19 as opposed to #10? #19 is usually not available, only even numbers, such as #18 or #20. so if you are using #19, it must be specially manufactured. #19 is a lot thinner than #10, 0.036 diameter vs 0.1 #10 can handle a lot more current then #19, 15 amps vs 2 amps edit: 12 awg (13x0.504+6x0.37) = 19 wires. 6rm ( 7x0.85) = 7 wires Those are called STRANDS. some wire is made up of strands of smaller wire twisted together so the wire is more flexible. But it can be all one strand, it can be a few, it can be hundreds, there is no real standard on that. If you search you can probably find #12 with 1 strand, 19 strands, or other numbers. Although 19 strands seems most common, there is no real reason for that number. .
Q: i would like to know what are the best spark plug wires
just dont get the cheapest wires they wont last as long
Q: Which of the following wires would tend to have the least amount of electrical resistance? a) long b) fiberglass c) hot d) thick
thick wires have less resistance
Q: What's the factors affecting resistance of a wire? and why? thank you!
The 2nd and 3rd discussions were good but didn't discuss magnetism. The 1st guy: an open circuit has infinite resistance. Even a straight piece of wire has some self-inductance (or self-magnetism). One affect of inductance is that it opposes changes in current. So when you first apply a dc voltage across a wire and a dc current starts to flow, the self-inductance will resist the increase in current. It will appear to be because of higher resistance than expected. But the current will increase over a short time, and once it gets to a steady-state, the apparent resistance from the self-inductance is zero. This, self-inductance in a straight piece of wire, is a minor affect compared to components that presumably are in the circuit. After the current reaches steady state, the self-inductance will try to oppose a decrease in current. If the voltage and therefore the current are ac - alternating, this gets more complicated. The current is always trying to change. At the level of study I think you are, you should save this for later.
Q: do you match positives and negatives or positives and positives when wiring a car stereo
This Site Might Help You. RE: color code for wires in a 2000 ford explorer? do you match positives and negatives or positives and positives when wiring a car stereo
Q: Im Very Curious As To How Did The Designer Orese Make Her, African Continent Shape Wire Earrings? I Have The Supplies To Make Wire Earrings. I Would Love To Do A Personal DIY! :~)
as well as on the first page link above, under the category Wire-Framing (P.S. Why did you use initial caps on all words in your question?...kinda hard to read.) .
Q: i just got two new aiwa stereo speaker's they come with their own wiring in the back but i dont know which wire is whatthere is one black wireand there is another black with gray dashesim thinking the one with dashes is positive?the speaker works both ways
Chances are the marked wire is positive. For your purposes it doesn't matter a whole lot. The phasing (which DOES matter) will be correct as long as you are consistent with both speakers. If you can remove the front grill or otherwise see the speaker cone directly, you can check the polarity with a AA or other 1-1/2 volt battery. The cone will move forward when the positive wire is *briefly* touched to the positive terminal of the battery while the negative wire is held on the negative terminal. If you see it move back, you've connected the wires in reverse. Don
Q: Why does a thin wire melt and a thick wire glow when put up to the terminals? Explain in terms of resistance and current. Thanks=]
Everything has a temperature at which it will melt. Every conductor also has a resistance, which is just like it sounds, a wire sort of resists the electricity passing through it by heating itself up. If a wire's resistance causes it to heat up so much that it melts, either the wire is too thin, or there is too much current passing through it, or both. A thicker wire can handle the same current without heating up so much that it melts. Sorry I don't have any formulas for you, but I think you should understand it now.
Q: What's the metal wire fabric?Such as title
A metal wire fabric by high-tech drawing processing of metal fiber cloth into implant formed the overall high-grade fabrics, fabric, metal wire accounted for about 3%~8%, the same general level of technology, the metal wire accounted for the higher the more expensive.
