Maintainance guide:

Make sure that you regulaly clean the wood floors in order to prevent dust accumulation. We recommand to clean a small part

of stains as a testing ground to prevent too much chromatic aberration.

Dust and stain— use a hard brush dipped in warm soapy water to remove it.

Mildew— scrub with ordinary wood mode class agents, or bleach to rinse or wipe it directly.

Chalk stains—In addition to the while chalk, other colors can not be removed, you can use bleaching agent with hot soapy

water to wash it.

Ice or snow—Apply calcium chloride or rock salt, it can melt ice or snow, then use hot soapy water to wash it.

Stain soil and dirts— Apply detergent, which contains oxalic acid or phosphoric acid. Whiping the stain for 10-15 mins.

Greasy and oil-based stains—immediately use household cleaning products with hot soapy water to wash it.

Juice and wine stains—Mixed the bleach stain agent and hot soapy water to dilute the stain and wipe.

Q:HOW do you take a toliet up, and fix the floor before it falls in .: Before you do anything make sure you turn off the water! That's the dial looking thing behind the toilet on the water line. Q:I just installed 450 sq ft. of laminate flooring. I did not level the floor properly and now Im finding a high point in the center of the room. Each time I walk around the high point, the floor drops a little. Is it possible to fix this without tearing up the floor. can I drill a hole and shoot some type of epoxy under the padding to prevent the floor from dropping when I step on it? Sounds crazy...but I want my floor to last. Q:How do you remove excess vinyl flooring glue from the walking surface of a newly installed floor?: You could try scraping it off with a scotch brite pad and some water. You could try a razor blade but try it without cutting the floor. Otherwise, you could try a solvent or mastic / glue removal. If it's fresh vinyl, you could easily mark up the vinyl. Make sure it's completely dry before removing the excess so you don't ruin it. You could get the glue remover at Home Depot, Lowes or Ace Hardware store. You could also try the link below. I have had experience moving into rentals where the previous renters used a product like Mop n Glo, what a mess, they end up waxing and re-waxing and the product doesn't really clean the floor, so you end up with layers of dirt and wax! If at all possible, I would suggest not waxing!
