- Q: Twice already I burnt a hole trough my silk dresses. People say to iron silk you need to do it in low heat inside out.
- I had the exact same problem during my pregnancy, I was prescribed iron tablets and vitamin b12 tablets (to help my body absorb the iron tablets). This did not alter my iron levels when they were tested, but I did feel like I had a little more energy. My baby was early but suffered no effects from my aneamia. I did end up staying in hospital for 6 days though because of the blood I lost during labour, and already being aneamic meant my levels were really low, and I did feel faint a few times so prehaps pack more than if you were going to stay just over night. - iron strip coated in tin, because the iron sacrificially corrodes to protect the tin because it is more reactive than tin. (much like zinc corroding to protect ion). If you want the order from fastest to slowest, i would probably say: 3. iron strip coated in tin (due to sacrificial corrosion 2. iron strip coated with zinc (this time the zinc sacrificially corrodes for the iron, but then eventually the iron will corrode too) 1 and 4 should be similar, but i would go with 4 then 1, as paint is easier to get off than the plastic (evidence is chipped paint on walls, compared to plastic coated paperclip) Rish :)

- Some people are just naturally iron deficient. If you drink alcoholic beverages lay off for a while they effect the way your liver proccesses stuff. Also, and I know this sound kinda gross, but, eat Braunswieger. It's so high in iron you would never have to take iron pills. Brocolli too. Those are the highest. But, raisins and chocolate both contain iron but not enough to supply you with the daily needs plus extra for your deficiency. All those symptoms are common for anemia.
