Q: Explain the difference between iron(II) nitrate and iron (III) nitrate. What is the significance of the Roman numerals?
Iron exists in 2 forms called Ferrous and Ferric. The numeral 2 represents the valency of Ferrous iron and 3 represents the valency of Ferric iron. Valency is the ability to react. Ferrous nitrate has 2 nitrate radicals while Ferric nitrate has 3 nitrate radicals to a single atom of iron.
Q: I am trying to get a normal level of iron cuz Im always being told my iron low
extremely? With there being plenty damn iron extra to Cereal at recent i won't have the skill to substantiate how any new baby might desire to be iron unfavorable. There would be a warning label on Cereals approximately how plenty iron they have. observe: jointly as he gets older make helpful he stops the iron suppliments. Iron, at a similar time as needed for nicely-universal blood cellular function, is poor for you in extreme parts. Many DRs who do no longer shop up on drugs do no longer understand extra helpful and perscribe a boat load of iron. It motives oxidative stress to cells : the main nicely-universal clarification for determining to purchase previous.
Q: What is the difference between malleable iron and wrought iron? Can malleable iron be made into jewlery? Where can I buy malleable iron?
Malleable iron is the oldest member of the family of nodular irons. Like all nodular irons, malleable iron exhibits good ductility. Incorrectly considered by some to be an old or dead material, malleable iron still has a legitimate place in the design engineer's toolbar. Malleable is the iron of choice for small castings or castings with thin cross sections (less than .25). Other nodular irons tend to be difficult to produce in these applications. Malleable iron is also preferred for castings seeing duty in low temperature environments since it retains its ductility better than other nodular irons at low temperatures. Used for small castings requiring good tensile strength and the ability to flex without breaking (ductility). Electrical fittings, hand tools, pipe fittings, washers, brackets, fence fittings, power line hardware, farm equipment, mining hardware, and machine parts. Wrought iron is commercially pure iron. In contrast to steel, it has a very low carbon content. It is a fibrous material due to the slag inclusions (a normal constituent). This is also what gives it a grain resembling wood, which is visible when it is etched or bent to the point of failure. Wrought iron is tough, malleable, ductile and easily welded. Examples of items that used to be produced from wrought iron include: rivets, chains, railway couplings, water and steam pipes, raw material for manufacturing of steel, nuts bolts, horse shoe bars, handrails, straps for timber roof trusses, boiler tubes, and ornamental ironwork.
Q: I took a blood test recently, my iron is supposed to between 7-33 (or 38). I ve gotten 9 but it s on the bare minimum and I was if i still fall into thr iron deficent category.
The best person to speak to is the doctor who ordered the test. They are in the best position to advise you as to whether or nor not the tests are normal. Generally a result within the lab's normal range is considered normal, however it does depend a little bit on the patient (e.g. if you were normally at, say, 32 and suddenly you dropped down to 9, that could still be concerning even though both those numbers are considered normal).
Q: Need to know asap before thursday and if you could find me the chemical structure and formula for iron also You would be really helping me out alot?Thx
your body need iron to produce red blood cells which carry oxygen to all the tissues in your body. as for the rest of your assignment, google is your friend.
Q: Lately I‘ve been just craving ice, and have been chewing 2-3 cups a day. I know, I know, it‘s bad for your teeth. So I searched why I‘ve been like this lately, and a lot of things are saying that it could be from iron deficient anemia.Isn‘t anemia the thinning of the blood? Also, what else can being iron deficient lead to?I have been a vegetarian for almost three months now, and I haven‘t been taking any sort of iron suppliment. Guess I should start doing that.
I've been diagnosed with iron deficiency. But i dont have anemia. I take iron supplements. I find it odd for you to have iron deficiency if you are a vegetarian and probably eat veggies. The only thing i know of that can result from deficiency is anemia. Have a doctor check you for it. They test your blood they poke your finger and thats it.
Q: Who would win and why?I‘ll say Luke Cage and Iron Fist.
I know of no legal consequences but your insurance probably wouldn't pay. How about asking the cops and your insurance company ?
Q: anymore? what are most of the iron products?
Most iron is converted to steel. Iron is usually too britttle and less consistent (less homogeneous) than steel for use in most applications. The other common uses of iron are cast iron for engine blocks and ductile iron for water and sewer piping. It is less prone to rusting than steel when installed in the ground although protective coatings will extend the useful life. Iron is also used in other industrial applications which would not be familiar to most consumers- pump volutes and blower housings. Iron is not used for wire because iron wire would not be bendable or shapeable. It is brittle and would most likely break during the installation.
Q: Ok so I bought boyscout iron ons for the first time how do i iron them on do i just add heat to the top?
