Q: I have tried to iron my top and it got better but i could still see wrinkles on the clothes, is there anyway to prevent that from happening?!
Why even think that option. Choose Jesus Christ and live eternally with God, his angels, and his saints. See?
Q: could someone tell what vegetables are high in iron please thanks
Prune juice or prunes, watermelon, apples, and figs are among the best fruits for iron content. Vegetables that are rich in iron include beats, spinach, and broccoli; green leafy veggies generally have high iron content. Soybeans, baked beans, kidney beans, green beans, and basically anything in the bean family are good as well. DB
Q: Is it safe to never wash your cast iron skillet besides wiping it down? Also, what is the best kind of cast iron skillet and where can I find one?
I'm using 3 skillets a dutch oven. None are less than 50 years old. One of the skillets is at least 80. Never use soap unless you plan to re-season the skillet. I use hot water a 3M Scrubbie if something is stuck. Doesn't happen often with a well seasoned skillet. Don't EVER put them in a dishwasher. The harsh soap hot water make a rusty mess. Don't ask how I know this :-( I like the idea of putting them in a self cleaning oven. I'm gonna steal that idea. Beats my way of putting them in a super hot BBQ grill or using a propane torch to clean them up.
Q: I have all the symptoms of iron deficiency anemia and I‘m having a blood test ASAP, but I can‘t take pills for the life of me. Someone recommended iron infusions as an alternative - what are they?
60 PSI sounds very high. Your car should have a label inside the drivers door jamb with recommended pressures. If not, look at the side wall of your tire for a maximum number of PSI. You can safely inflate the tire to that maximum pressure.
Q: Who would win and why?I say Iron Man.
Iron Man can use his anti-tank missile. He has that weapon. He can also use his uni-beam. Syndrome can use his robots, but let's be realistic. Iron Man has fought robots before, so Iron Man has the experience. Iron Man also has bullets on his shoulders.
Q: i am a vegetarian, so i dont eat meat, but i have anemia and i was wondering if there is a certain type of food that has a lot of iron that isnt meat.
Good vegetarian sources of iron include black beans, bran flakes, cashews, Cream of Wheat, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), GrapeNuts, kidney beans, lentils, navy beans, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, raisins, soybeans, soymilk, spinach, sunflower seeds, tofu, tomato juice, and whole wheat bread. Eating vitamin C-rich foods (such as citrus fruits and peppers) when you eat iron-rich foods is a good way to increase iron absorption. Also, young women tend to have higher rates of anemia compared to the overall population -- regardless of diet. In this case, it's a good idea to take a multivitamin containing iron.
Q: who discovered iron actually?
There's so much iron on this planet they didn't discover it, they stumbled over it. Stumbled over it so many times it was inevitable they'd eventually notice it. Nobody knows who the first person to notice it was, but it's thought to have been a tribe, rather than a single individual. The name of the tribe can't be pronounced nor spelled in English, so nobody knows what it was. There was no point in memorizing it because they couldn't pronounce it to one another and ask it of students on tests. What's a lot more interesting is how the Chinese almost certainly 'discovered' carbon steel when a slave fell into the vat of molten ore and it was concluded by observation and testing that a human body in the mix made a far better alloy for weapons than iron without a human body incinerated in it. It worked and became the earliest tried and true method. Great illustration of assuming too much with too little data.
Q: Irons are perfect. is this normal?
Ok, very common problem. The reason you tend to slice your diver and not your irons are for a couple of reasons. 1. Your irons are more lofted and create backspin. The loft and the backspin helps negate or lower the sidespin. The sidespin causes the slice. 2. Slice is caused by not closing the club head at impact and swinging on a outside-in path. Most people see the driver with a massive club head and the ball all nice and teed up swing for the fences. By doing so you may not have the time for your hands to close the club head. To fix this you need to do a couple of things. 1. Control your tempo. When you swing harder your tempo gets out of sync. Go for smooth and controlled. slow backswing, smooth and controlled forward swing. This will give your hands a chance to close the club head and also prevent an outside-in swing path. The distance is gained through a larger backswing, aka. shoulder rotation. Power is determined by how far back you can rotate your shoulders to create the power coil. It's not about muscles but about flexibility. See if controlling your tempo helps straighten out your driver. If your still are slicing then you need to work on your right wrist rolling over your left (for righties). If you look at a baseball swing, a baseball player rotates his right wrist over his left before impact. It's the same in golf. Stand straight up and take baseball swings with your club and feel your right wrist rolling over your left. That's the same feeling your looking for on your drive. Take a few baseball swings before your driver to remind your body to roll the wrists and it should help you hit the ball straighter. Good Luck.
