General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: And why is it so expensive? So after many months of trying to figure out why my 93 Mercury Cougar V6 has been breaking down chronically, I was recently told it needed a valve job. At 21 years old and just over 83k, l suppose that's the big issue. What exactly is replaced/fixed with a valve job? Will my car run like new AND STAY THAT WAY? Thanks :)
- The valves (located in the cylinder head) allows fuel/air into the cylinder and burned exhaust gases out. Valve jobs can be expensive if they have to replace the valves, and/or valve guides, valve seals, valve seats, valve springs, etc. A car with 83k miles should not need a valve job unless is was very poorly maintained. I think your mechanic is looking for some money from you. Although it's possible that one or more of those items you've listed had failed, I've NEVER had to replace a single one of those items in ANY car I've ever owned. All of my cars have lasted over 200k miles and not once have I had to replace any of those items. I've been driving for over 48 years. Find another mechanic before you go broke.
- Q: hi My Dad is 65 yrs old. he is very fit and healthy. He has had heart problems as long as i remmember! he has been under care for almost 2 years now and he has had to stents put in. Now the doctor has found out that his Mitral valve is leaking. They have told him tat he needs surgery to either have the valve replaced or repaired. i like to know if anyone out there has been through this and can help ease this a little as Ia really worried!! Thank you!

- Q: Im trying to replace the egr valve on a 97 lincoln continental. I need to find out what size wrench I need, to get the nut off. Do you know?
- I am assuming you want to replace the EGR valve because you are getting an insufficient EGR flow trouble code. Before you replace a perfectly good valve with an inferior aftermarket part that will likely fix nothing, a little more diagnosis is in order. If you have access to a scan tool and a vacuum gauge, perform a KOER (key on engine running) test on the engine with the vacuum gauge connected to the hose to the EGR valve. When self-test reaches the EGR test, look for the vacuum guage to move during the self test. If it moves, the vacuum source and EGR solenoid are good. If not, trace the vacuum harness for leaks. Without the scanner and vacuum gauge, find a length of hose and suck on the hose, or connect to other vacuum source to test the valve. You are looking for an RPM drop at idle when you open the valve in this way. I suspect your problem is a passageway clogged with carbon. Remove the valve and throttle body to access the clogged areas and manually decarbonize. This is the most common reason for an insufficient EGR flow on a Lincoln, along with a faulty DPFE sensor or related hoses. My money is on the clogged passages or the bad DPFE sensor.
- Q: So i was driving down the highway and my car just turned off. I turned the key but nothing. My lights were on and everything. I took it to a repair guy and he told me that the timing belt was broken, so i paid to have it fixed. Then he told me something about a compressioner or something, i paid for that, then he told me the valve was bent, so i was pissed and said i wouldn't pay. He was going to charge me about 550. I had already paid him about 250. and i think he was scamming me was I wrong? Does that sound right? Also how would I go about fixing?
- if ur timing belt cuts off on the highway then one or more of your valves will be bent and its realy expensive to fix and if fixed engine wont be the same happend to my friends accord so the best thing you do is get a new engine and have instaled,, go to spanish mechanic they fix good for realy cheap
- Q: I have a honda civic and i took it to get an oil change and they told me that i had an oil leak because my valve cover needed replacing. I did not let them do the work. I called my personal mechanic and he's out of commission for a little while, so he referred me to a friend of his. He said he cleaned all of the built up oil and replaced the valve cover. I noticed yesterday that my car looks like it is leaking oil really bad. I'm wondering, could this be from him washing the old oil that was leaking? My belts seem to be squeaking, like they do when it rains. Any ideas? could this just be excess water that he cleaned it out with?
- if he replaced the valve pan gasket then it could be from where it was leaking at in the first place and he did not clean it off after he got done. if your oil don,t keep going low then you know he got it fixed.
- Q: When i was 14 I was diagnosed with a moderate aortic bicusspid valve. I am now 19 at my first cardiologist appointment I was still at moderate. Three months later when i went back in I was rediagnosed with a severe aortic valve. I have every symptom, and I'm getting ready to have it repalced. My question is what am I to expect after surgery. Will i be able to work if not is there anything I can do to have some sort of an income comming in?
- You will be fine. The replacement valves last for a very long time and give you great performance. I assume that you haven't yet started to experience heart failure. If the heart is in good condition then the chances that you'll have a completely normal life are excellent.
- Q: I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
- The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
- Q: i have been told that a bad EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculation valve) could cause a car to buck or hesitate in mid range speed at low rpms, thats what my car is doing. i work at autozone and i used our code reader and there was a code that stated EGR flow malfunction anyone else have this problem ever? please help me! i dont wanna spend the $120 if i dont need to!
- Since you work at auto-zone why don't you get yourself a Haynes repair manual. I would say the egr is probably bad but the book will show you how to test the egr to make sure it's bad. It also has a lot of good trouble shooting information.
- Q: Hi all,My buddys ford 460 has stuck valves. Where do I start? Could I notice anything by removing the valve covers, or do I have to remove the heads? Is it possible to unstick them without removing the heads? Assuming they stuck from sitting. What's the chance it bent the pushrods if it was running when they stuck? Can I check this without removing the heads? I'm not too familiar with this engine.
- a valve stuck in the open position when cranked by a starter motor can put a hole in the piston it depends on which 460 7.5L you have some are flat top some are popups where centers are raised ive seen both in stock motors motorhead is right you can free them but you'll wanna soak them down constantly for a week or so remember they didnt get like that over night DO NOT crank over with starter use bolt on balancer as you'll feel resistance should you encounter a stuck open valve its so much easier with heads off but you can see the guides by removing valve covers if your valves are stuck your guide seal are junk trust me
- Q: Half-Life 1 and 2 to me were masterpieces. It would be a shame if Valve ended the series there. Is Valve going to make Half-Life 3 in the near future ? If so, do you have any proof ?
- Sorry VALVE can't count to 3, it's a shame really...
