Q: I've tried various vacuums through the years but none seem to do well on the edges of the carpet. Anyone tried a really good one for that?: We have got to find this out and let the world know, I thought I was the only one that had dirty edges. (Not being a smart @ss)

Q: So we see here and there that bagless vacuum cleaners are better for environment but what are the reasons behind it like in more clear details other than the basics (i.e. less waste, manufacturing, paper use).....: Just think of where the bags will have to go once you throw them away versus just throwing the dust away. Dust vs Dust and Bag. Waste are toss into a dump, as they cannot be burned (commonsens) and so, they will add up.

Q: these are upright,bagless with hepa filters: Dont know if this helps but I just saw a news report here in Southern California today where Good Housekeeping tested all the vacuum cleaners and the Hoover Wind Tunnel out performed all , I found that surprising but that's what Good Housekeeping reported .

If you have a lot of ambition drive, starting your own business can be a great thing. You don't need anything other than ambition and drive, plus some starting capital (money you would use to buy starting supplies for your business). A few thousand dollars should be a good start for vacuum cleaners. Think things through carefully before you take out a loan. Q: is there a name for fear of vaccum cleaners? because I KNOW i have it! ever since i was an infant i would screem frickin bloody murder in my crib when my mom would run teh vacuum cleaner. when i was jsut a small child i would run from it, afraid it would suck up my toes. and now, today, at 14, i cannot STAND the loud noise they make and i do NOT put my toes in front of one. it takes me a few moments before i can even bring myself to turn it on. the bigger, louder they are, the worse my reactions. sometimes at work (i volunteer at a veterinary hospital) i have to ask one of my co-workers to do it because i will purposly busy myself just to get away from it.please, do not laugh at me. it's embarrassing enough and i just want to know the name of it.thankxx! :]: we had a dog that had this... she would always go and run and hide under the bed... but she was a BIG dog... Q: are canister vacuum cleaners good brands?so where are they for sale online: We have used several vacuums over the years..The one that does best is the Rainbow..They are more expensive..but they really work.. the dust stays in the container.

Q: My 2 year old Yorkie Terrier HATES vacuum cleaners. A couple of days ago I was vacuuming and noticed that Tom, my Yorkie, chipped his front tooth. The tooth is chipped almost right down to the gum. It doesn't seem to bother him, but I don't want my dog to be in any kind of pain. Should I take him to the vet? Even if it doesn't seem to bother him? And what will happen if they take the tooth out?: Go ahead and take him to the vet to make sure nothing was damaged. If they take the rest of the tooth out, it won't bother him. We rescued a Katrina dog that had a lot of teeth problems and had to get his teeth pulled and it didn't make him think twice about eating and chewing on stuff after. Of course, right after, he'll be a little uncomfortable, but he'll be fine. He'll adapt in no time!! If he doesn't have to get his tooth pulled and everything's fine, at least you checked to make sure.

Q: I saw this movie once, it is from mid 80's or so and I think it's American - 3 or 4 married women, nearly broke by the end of each month, decide to steal the money from big glass ball, placed in the hall of shopping mall, using the vacuum cleaner.
