- Q: i have a fairly expensive 4-pin hirose connector microphone that is used on an audio technica 300 series (receiver: ATW-R03, transmitter: ATW-T27) but have a problems with random bursts of loud static or pops. i would like to get a wireless system to replace the current one and keep my end microphone.this is for use in a church, preferably xlr out.range doesnt matter much as it can up on stage if need be.budget is as cheap as possible without issues, but certainly under $300
- Like I said in my other answer you probably will not be able to find another transmitter that fits that mic - the best you can do is call Audio Technica and have them figure it out. Since that series of wireless is discontinued, don't be suprised if they tell you to buy a complete new system (like I did). It may also be possible to order a new mic for AT - my best guess is that your problem is being caused by a broken wire inside the mic connector itself. A person who is REALLY good at soldering (like me) may be able to repair it but the usual solution is to replace the microphone and connector assembly.
- Q: I want to buy this card:
- The powersupply u have now wont be able to handel it. The new one you plan to buy should be able to with no problem it also has the 2 6pins for the card to power it so you should be fine.
- Q: Hi, I was wondering if I could use a 3 pin Heatsink on a motherboard that has a 4-pin connection
- If you;'re talking about the fan connector, most likely. The fan has only 2 wires, 5 volts and ground. If you can mate those 2 pins to 2 pins on the motherboard that will supply 5 volts and ground, it will woek. (If not, you could always cut the connector apart into 2 one-pin connectors and plug them onto the correct pins. Red is positive - the other one should be either white or black - that's ground or negative.)
- Q: I just bought an original Nintendo Entertaintment System (NES) and got the pin connector inside the console replaced. Every how long should i replace it if I use it regularly?
- Sure ofcource brother however go to the place u bougt the 72 pin connector now 72 pi con will not work bcz it isn't geniun go to te significant save n requested to the shopkeeper thta u need 72 and a 1/2 sized connector then he will gave it to u then conec or in any other case trade the whole socket it fees 15$ n 62 cents :)
- Q: i need to know,my lecturer told me it means a connect that can only be inserted in 1 way only.but being a sound engineering course i don't get what cable wouldn't be polarized.the XLR/cannon connector is polarized but what about a normal jack it can only be inserted one way
- It means the plug has no backwards. Most of the connectors used in pro-audio (that I seen), are polarized by nature. That includes TRS, XLR, Speakon, and AC power (twist-lock and two and more prong straight blade.)
- Q: I have two hard drives and a DVD/RW. The IDE cable I have in there now only has enough connectors to hook up two devices, do they sell IDE cables with enough connectors to hook up three devices? If so, where can I buy one? Circuit City? Best Buy?
- Most motherboards have 2 Ide conecctors then the data cable has to have 2 conectors for 2 devices master and slave, this mean if you have the right data cable you can conecct 4 devices, that will be master1,slave1,master2,slave2 and those cables you can find it and any computer store.
- Q: EVGA GeForce 9500 GT Video Carddoes it use a 6 pin or what?
- No power connectors needed. Power coming from the PCI-e is sufficient to power the video card.
- Q: If not, and if I have to put a 5 wire connector on the truck, where does the blue wire connect?
- you will have to run a trailer brake controller for 5 wireno adapter for this. The feed from the controller can't be shared with any of the other funtions.ex. tail lights, brakes lights, ect. I wouldn't go for a 5 wire. Just go straight to a 7 way plug that has every thing. A blue wire is usally 90% of the time the standard colour for a brake controller wire. I know that is how my plug is wired. And buy the way, a good 7 way plug has the colours marked on the back of it to show you where to put the wires by colour. Last two cents here, you can buy a 4 wire adapter for a 7 way plug. Always easier to go down then try to put one more then what you need. hope this helps and isn't to confusing .
- Q: I have one 6 pin pci-e connector on my PSU but is that enough for the 5770?
- it also need Amps i run 2 HD5770 crossfire configuration but Guess what i hav HDD DVD USB devices and they ALL want WATTS this really bothers me as a system designer that so many ignore the math Watts Amps x Volts if the HD 5770 needs up to 27 amp under load the 12 X 27 324WATTS for the graphics card if my DVD and HDD need 9amps 108 watts add that to it and i better have 200 watts for motherboard i might add a hdd or something but for now i will kust add 5 amp for externals or whatever 60watt 324+108+200+60 693 WATTS to cover heavy load requirementscan i use a 650 watt? yes as long as it has a PCIe connector with 27amps for the card only. the only time you must be higher is if ALL hardware is fully under load, exterme multitasking
- Q: Any help would be greatly appreciated. The reason is that I’m trying to find the crimp for the connectors. This is a link to show you how they
- they look like slide on connectors without the plastic covering, i don't think they need to be crimped it looks like the wire should be soldered in
