Q: Basically what i want to know is that does A dvi to Vga connector do this: You pklug the dvi half into the graphics card's dvi slot and the monitor goes in the Vga slot ORThe VgA side goes into the Graphics card's VGA slot and your DVI monitor goes into the DVI slotHelp: Graphics card DVI-I port to monitor VGA will work. Graphics card VGA to monitor DVI will NOT work. That's because the DVI-to-VGA adapter is actually just a pass-through connector-- The DVI-I (the I stands for Integrated) port on the graphics card can output both analog VGA and digital DVI signals through the same port, and the DVI-to-VGA adapter merely passes the VGA signal through. It does NOT convert a signal from digital-to-analog or analog-to-digital. So if you try to hook up a graphics card VGA (analog) to a monitor DVI (which is digital-only) with that adapter, it will NOT work. You will get no image on the monitor.

Jason: There are two ways to test for any CEL codes that your engine might be putting out. You can stop at any Radio Shack and pick up a .5 volt buzzer and two gator clips. Connect the gator clips to the buzzer, then to the 1 (I believe) and the number 16 (I believe) pins on the Data Connector that should be near the hood release. The pins are on the top left and bottom right, or the top right and bottom left. Then with the key, do this sequence ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON. The CEL will begin to blink and the buzzer will begin to sound. You can either count the buzzes, or count the CEL blinks, this will give the code you can reference to. Below is the list for the 4G37 Trouble Codes/CEL codes.

Q: i have missing device in my device manager and thats is ethernet connector what is that? am i really need this? what is the uses of that connector?: The ethernet connector is a port usually located on the rear of your tower next to the other plug conncetions. It looks like a port for a telephone wire, but bigger. I would be used to either connect your PC to a network, or a high speed modem (DSL etc.) If you connect to the internet with a dial up modem, no worry as you are not using the ethernet. IF you are trying to hook up to a DSL or other highspeed internet and it is saying it is not found you need to do something. So if you are not using it, and dont plan to, you can disable it. Go to start, Control panel, system, click on the tab for Hardware then the tab for device manager Probably next to what is not working there is a yellow question markclick on the little + sign to open the device, right click on the device and choose to disable it, close all windows and restart your system. Likewise if you want to use it, it might be disabled already, go through the same steps, but enable the device. Or you might need the driver for the device. Good luck

Q: I destroyed the spade connector pulling off the bad heating element. Now I have to put one back on and dont know if I can just solder one on or do I need to braze it on? Since the spade connector and wire will end up being buried the the insulation behind the rear of the oven I'm thinking solder would be ok, but not sure of the type to use. Q: I'm building my first desktop, I've installed the cpu fan but only 3 of 4 connectors are connectingteh other one is going half way but doesn click. I took it out and tried putting it in again and nothing works, What should i do?Thanks :D: Is the motherboard connector bent? Have you tried seeing if the connector attached to the fan has something jammed in it? Have you tried getting the side that doesn't connect to connect first and then get the others to connect? If nothing else seems to work, I would return the CPU, and see if a new ones works. If it does the same thing, return the mobo and get a new one to see if it works.
