I want speaker connectors so I don't have to re wire every time I have a window issue.: Yes but you can just buy the speaker connectors yourself. Sounds like you already took the door panels off. Best Buy will charge for the connectors and the install You can buy these just about anywhere especially for Oldsmobile which is GM for about $10-12. What do you mean rewire every time you have a window issue? Price if you take it to best buy will be about $60. This is assuming you just installing regular coaxials.

Q: Every time I try to connect to the internet on the wii the connection test fails, I think it has to do with the password/security thing. If I get a connector can I get the internet instead of failing the connection test? Q: i want to remove my hard disk ! is it easy to remove the power and IDE connectors ? will they get damaged easily ?: Not hard. Turn off power to PC and unplug the unit before beginning. Pull the IDE and power cable out evenly and gently. Same goes for re-seating the cables, especially the IDE, as this connector can damage the pins. On the IDE connector one side has a large portion in the middle. This will only fit into one side of the IDE port on the MB so look for this. Good luck.

Or maybe the manual is incorrect. Check to be sure which pin is pin #1. Maybe you're counting from the wrong end of the pin block. The pin block is typically two rows of 6 or more pins each. The connectors usually don't go across the two rows. They're usually within one row or the other.

Q: I have a 06 nissan titan and i recently bought fog lights but my truck isnt wired for them so i need to make my own and i wanted to know what plug will fit on the fog light they told me the gm connector will fit: Look again most times there are factory plugs taped to the harness. If not PIAA OR Other brand of fog lights have harness relays and switches. Generic fog light bulb connector sould work.

Q: I have a pdx 1.1000 amplifier and the PREOUT Input RCA terminal is broken and I cannot get it fit right. I've tried everything, please don't tell me how I can fix this connector. I just want to know if I can solder the RCA connector to the metal part of the terminal. Not the gold plated one, but the 2 little prongs sticking out on both sides and with the gab in the middle that goes down into the board.: Don't do that the wire will end up ripping the connector loose and you'll lose your signal, your connector and your wire end. Instead, open the bottom of the amp, and solder the connector back into place. If the circuit board is cracked, (which it probably is so you need to at least check it inside before you do anything) make jumper wire connections to re-connected the broken circuits. Visually inspect and trace the pathways to replace them. Signal wires can be 16 gauge, but amp circuit wires should be sized according to the wattage of that channel. then maybe get a female end rca wire and cut it into a short tail with the female connector hanging out of the amp, and solder the wire ends into the right places. Do it right or pay the price

Q: I'm curious if the 12 connectors would work on a 120 v line. I'm talking about hte crimp ones that comes in different colors , instead of the twist ons for the 120 v. does anyone know if you could use those instead of the twist ons?: That sort of connection would not meet code and would be a fire and safety risk. Do not do it.

Q: i know there alot of other usb connectors out there that arent official. for example a nintendo wifi usb connector made from datel works well for the wii and ds and works with other electonics and costs the same price.: its called the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector you can get it for about $30-$40 at Gamestop next best thing ive seen next to gettin like a $50-$80 router

Q: I have a 1996 Ford F150 with a 302 and I need to find where the PIP Connector is so that I can time it. Any help?: the PIP (profile ignition pickup) connector is in the wires coming off of the distributor. it is really close to that area, with in a few feet. it is not much more than a small plastic connector the last time that i saw one.

Q: I went to pull out the hard drive in my Satellite R15 laptop and I accidently pulled the ribbon part out that goes to the motherboard. I couldn't get the ribbon to slide back in and finally I figured out how to lift the bracket up with the pressure pin. While doingthis the pin broke off and now I had to place tape over ribbon cable for it to stay in place but now it won't read the hard drive to boot up?? What do I need to do?: Sounds like you have damaged more than the pin. Maybe you bent or misplaced some of the connecting tabs or pins inside the connector or the pins of the motherboard circuitry. Take the tape off and try moving the connector around by finger pressure.
