Q: I damaged my electrical connectors (for iac valve). Who could fix/replace these? Also they're tight. How do I remove them?
Wires are installed from back side of connector. Their is a lock which is part of the wire terminal . Insert a small screwdriver in front of connector to unlock the wire/terminal and pull wire out.
Q: I will be replacing my car stereo and speakers soon. I want to replace the speaker wire too, but I am unsure if one gauge us better than another or which to use at all. Also, I prefer not to use electrical tape, and from the bit of useful info I have found online it seems I should use butt connectors and a crimping tool. But is the crimping tool necessary? I don't want to spend money on it if I don't have to and I can't find a complete enough description that says I definitely need it or that I don't. Would a makeshift 'tool' that applies pressure unevenly suffice? And if speaker gauge needs are dependent on the music played in any way, I don't plan on playing it too loud and the speakers I'm looking at support up to 140w 260w.Any and all thoughts on the subject are welcome.

Q: Basically how much amp is lost between the moving parts of a rotating connector?
Ampo ratio?? wtf? In a series circuit, which this would be, no amps are lost because that is not how it works. A rotating connector has to have some contact resistance (as all connectors will have) but it is going to depend upon the plating and a host of other factors and besides, I don't know the specs on any rotating connector.
Q: I think somewhere around 3 or 4 months ago I, I bought a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector. I read the instructions and installed everything carefully, and it worked fine. Today though, when I tried to connect to Wi-Fi with my DS, it connected, and some seconds after that it disconnected again, and it gave an error. I went to my connection settings and checked if everything was allright, it recognized the connector, but when it tested the connection the same thing as earlier happened, then after a while (an hour or so) I tried it again and this time it didn't recognize the connector at all. I tried to reinstall the connector but it didn't work, and I'm not really sure what to do next. I think I still have a warranty so I could bring it back to the shops, but I just don't understand why it acts so strange. Is anyone else having the same problem, that it connects and then disconnects and errors?
*swap your firewall off *deploy the CD for the USB *after installation, click on the icon *click your wii console call (the nickname you named it) *it could determine that it is your wii *then try connecting to the information superhighway returned *turn on your firewall
Q: If you have for example four #12 wires to connect together, it's a pain to twist them together. I've seen the push pin type of connectors with four slots. They seem very convenient. For you licensed electricians out there, are they code in a typical residential junction box?
If I understand you correctly you are referring to the holes in the back of the receptacle. We call that back stabbing and it is only allowed on 15 amp general purpose receptacles. And the receptacle will not accept #12 wire, only #14. In addition (as the others have pointed out) it is a very poor quality connection. Don't do it. It is allowed by NEC but that's no excuse to go cheap or get lazy. Spring for a pair of lineman's pliers to make twisting the wires easy. You will need Red wire nuts for 4-5 #12wires. If you are referring to the push in style connectors, my experience has been that they too make a poor quality connection for receptacle use. I once connected 9 recessed lights using the factory supplied push in connectors. Thought I'd save a couple of minutes and a buck or two on yellow wire nuts. Of the 9, 6 failed to light up. I had to go back in, remove those connectors and replace them. My savings went right out the window! But it's your choice.
Q: I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 the fog lights wires are just complete **** so I'm trashing them all btw the fog lights don't work is there a way to test the connectors for them and the bulbs cuz I'm not sure exactly what wrong I'm just doing it the easy way re wire everything and aftermarket switch because the stock ones indicator light doesn't even go on when I flash it so I was wondering if there was a way to test the bulb without like listening to the noise thanks
I suggest searching for your car bulbs and connectors for your 99 Dodge RAM1500 at Auto Pros USA. They will have what you are looking for in stock at VERY reasonable prices.
Q: I have windows vista (64 bit). Does anyone know how to get it to work?
Come on guy, use the internet. call into Nintendo or use their help web site. you will get me in case you call. yet because of the fact which you're too lazy to fairly seek your self, the respond is what's the Nintendo USB Connector? The Nintendo wireless USB Connector is a Nintendo-dedicated on the spot get admission to element that plugs into the USB port on a notebook (abode windows XP or abode windows Vista* purely). *with a view to artwork with abode windows Vista, you may desire to have version a million.06 or larger of the Nintendo wireless USB Connector utility. click here to get carry of the main contemporary version. it is straight away from the Nintendo web site.
Q: I Bought the 1GB Radeon 5750 Graphics Card and a Cross Fire thing came with it. Where do i insert it?i have a ASUS M4A87TD-USB3 mobo if that helps :)
Put it on your brain How stupid are you?
Q: i have a 256mb graphics card i want to put in my pc, but i have only the 20 pin in the motherboard do i need the 24 pin to run the gc? the graphics card doesnt even have a fan just a heatsink
If it's a 20 pin power motherboard with the appropriate slots, then it should be fine. The 4 pin P4 separate power connector supplies the CPU power over a further two 12V wires, and the single 12V wire on the ATX motherboard power serves everything else. The ATX 2.0 specification extended the connector to 24 pin, carrying an additional 12V wire (much needed for future proofing) and rather unnecessary extra 5 3.3v wires. A fanless graphics card is unlikely to tax the available power
Q: I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the flat ribbon cable in place is broken. I have been having problems with some of the letters on the keyboard not working so I took the computer apart and found that the connector was missing a piece and was wondering if this could be the problem and just how difficult this would be to replace?
Why spend 10 greenbacks fixing a broken merchandise once you may get a sparkling one for nine.ninety 5? verify workplace depot and/or workplace max revenues papers. I only have been given a sparkling Microsoft keyboard for under ten greenbacks.
