It is in the Economic Development Zones High-tech Building Materials Park. The main products of it company are 32.5, 42.5, 52.5-class high-performance portland cement, with an annual output of one million tons. And the company had been authorized to operate export.

Company was judged "the comprehensive utilization of resources enterprise" by the Shandong Economic&Trade Committee, the National Taxation Bureau of Shandong and the Shandong Local Taxation in November/2003. Company joined the China-EU Environmental Management of Park Cooperation (EMCP)Projects in April/2004.

Near port superiority: The company is 3.2km far away from the port,in the Port working Area, and the cargo can be carried on vehicles directly. Persently the company construct more than 30,000 square meter cement warehousing which can store both the large and small packing cement. The advanced technology and convenient transportation reduce the cost of transportation and storage greatly for the domestic and foreian customers. The cement product had selled to many countries, including Russia,South Africa,Angola Nigeria etc.

Q: how do i make cement dry faster?
Faster than what? If you force dry the cement it will loose a lot of it`s original design strenght. And most does not fully cure for at least 24-28 days anyway.
Q: how does sediment compact or cement into sedimentary rocks?
Just speaking to sediments in general. Sediments become sedimentary rocks by one of two mechanisms -- cementation and compression. Cements “glue” one particle to another and commonly include: (1) calcite (CaCO3) (2) silica (SiO2) (3) limonite (Fe2O3) (4) hematite (Fe2O3.xH2O) Water flowing through certain sediments becomes supersaturated with calcite or silica. When this water evaporates, these dissolved minerals precipitate around the grains through which they flow. Over time, the precipitation of these cements overlaps, binding one grain to another. But the case of hematite and limonite cements is a little different. Iron occurs in solution in its ferrous (Fe+2) state. When ferrous iron encounters oxygen, it oxidizes into its ferric (Fe+3) state, which is insoluble. This ferric iron precipitates, coating the grains through which it flows with either hematite or limonite. It coats the grains, eventually binding one grain to the next. Sedimentary rocks commonly cemented include conglomerates, sandstones, evaporates, ironstones, as well as some limestones, some cherts, and some phosphorites. This process of cementation involves heat that allowed these fluids to exist and flow, but not so much as to cause a metamorphic rock to be created. Compression involves finer grained sediments. Clay, organic matter, lime mud, and phosphorite mud, once buried, are subjected to progressively more overburden. The thickness of these layers is significantly reduced as water is “squeezed” out. These fine particles have very high surface areas and surface charges causing these grains attach to one another. In addition, surface irregularities become intertwined, holding grains together. Sedimentary rocks that are formed from sediments by compression include shale and coal as well as some limestones, some cherts, and some phosphorites.
Q: Now, my husband and I were expanding the patio on two sides. The cement was dumped and we started to smooth it. Then it started pooring down rain. While we tried to protect it, water still puddled in some places, leaving dips in the finished work. Also, the new concrete is a different color than the old. Is there any way to smooth out these dips effectively and make the cement all the same color? I know that adding a thin layer on top would only leave the finished work to chip and crack, so I'm wondering how to go about completeing the patio.
I think you've got about 3 options. The easiest would be to put 2 of new concrete over the entire thing, old and new. Use a 3/8 aggregate in the concrete instead of the bigger stuff. The only thing you need to be careful of is how this lines up with your door (can you fit 2 of concrete on the top of the patio and under the door to the patio?) A slightly tougher approach would be to use a vinyl/cement mixture (you can buy them at Home Depot or a better version at a masonry supply company). You can spread these very thin and they will still be solid when cured. They are tough to finish nice and have a tendency to look a little streaky when done though. Or the best approach might be to jackhammer out the whole thing and start over. New concrete will never be the same color as old stuff because it changes as the concrete cures and weathers. Sorry, wish I had a simple fix.
Q: I used bleach to whiten the netting a while back but I forgot to completely wash it out so now they're mad yellow and it's killing me cuz they were my favorite pair. I've heard of Retrobrite and was thinking of using that but I wanted to see if there are other ways to whiten them, like a cleaning gel from Foot Locker, Finish Line or Champs. Thanks I appreciate any ideas.
You need to use some sort of sauce that is made to whiten sneaker soles. Most of those products will work just as well on any type of rubber, including netting, midsoles, or any other rubber areas on the sneaker. I've heard Air Legends makes good sauce, so I bought a bottle, to use on the netting on my Air Jordan 4 White Cements. I just haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I plan on it this weekend. You can even use it on the heel tabs of the Jordan 4s (the part with the Jumpman logo, or Nike Air for the older releases). PS: For any of you kids out there, do NOT use bleach! It would seem like that would work, but like the OP, it made the netting on my Jordan 4s more yellow than they were when I applied the bleach!
Q: My driveway is a gravel hill and there is a large drop off about 15-20ft wide, pretty much takes up the whole drive way, and its just where the cement stops and drops off kinda. Well my plan is to fill up under the drop off and just smooth it out a bit. I would like to use something that cars can drive over, but more importantly some thing that will dry within a couple of hours. There are about 10 or 15 houses that use the same drive way and I plan to do my work at night, as not to disrupt people and be in their way. Thanks!!
Try adding the cement to 1/2 the driveway at a time, allowing 3 days cure time. This will allow access throughout the process with only minor inconvenience.
Q: I need to semi-permanently hang items on a cement wall. What is the best way to go about doing so?
Hook and loop (velcro) tape. Glue one side to your item, and one side to the cement....larger pictures will need tape around all four edges to be secure, but it does work - I've done it before. Hope this helps. Good luck!
Q: builders have messed it up..i live somewhere hot..2 attempts of cement laying and then a green paint over it which i've had to scrape off...the paint still keeps coming off tho when mopped...can you suggest please some sort of sealant i can get bought in england and sent over to me?just to make it look better and 'seal' in the colour..cheers :)
Gray cement sealant paint or epoxy the entire floor. Epoxy comes in different colors and is rather appealing to the eye if properly applied. Then you can add sparkles to the epoxy paint or other decorative stuff. Go to the larger hardware stores and shop for epoxies and their additives.
Q: How many 80 lbs bags of cement to do a 12 ft by 8 inch wall?
You want to use concrete mix, not cement. If by cement you mean Portland cement, you need to know that this is but one ingredient in concrete. Portland cement by itself would be a disaster. However, in this case you are missing a dimension for the height of the wall, if i assume the 8 is the thickness. You need to calculate the total volume of the wall before you can figure this. An 80-lb bag of concrete mix will fill approximately 2/3 cu foot.
Q: how the grades are given to cement brand?
By the refind or if it contains gravel the cement. Depending what are you using it for! You don't want # 1, when you putting cement in the back of the house, where nobody is going to play!! But you want the refind cement for a driveway!!
